Isaiah 8:8-9

8 Then (A)it will sweep on into Judah, it will overflow and pass through,
It will (B)reach as far as the neck;
And the spread of its wings will [a]fill the expanse of [b]your land, (C)Immanuel.

9 “(D)Be broken, you peoples, and be [c](E)shattered;
And listen, all remote places of the earth.

9 Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces.
