2 y, con el consentimiento de ella, sustrajo algo del dinero que recibió; así que llevó sólo una parte y la entregó a los apóstoles. 3 Entonces Pedro le dijo: «Ananías, ¿por qué le permitiste a Satanás que entrara en ti para mentirle al Espíritu Santo y sustraer parte de tu dinero? 4 ¿Acaso el terreno no era tuyo? Y, si lo vendías, ¿acaso no era tuyo el dinero? ¿Por qué decidiste hacer esto? No les has mentido a los hombres, sino a Dios.»

2 With his wife’s full knowledge he kept back part of the money for himself,(A) but brought the rest and put it at the apostles’ feet.(B)
3 Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan(C) has so filled your heart(D) that you have lied to the Holy Spirit(E) and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land?(F) 4 Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal?(G) What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.”(H)
