¹⁵ And for this cause he is the mediator of a new ^[a]covenant, that a death having taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first ^[b]covenant, they that have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

⁶ But now hath he obtained a ministry the more excellent, by so much as he is also the mediator of a better covenant, which hath been enacted upon better promises.

²⁴ and to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaketh better ^[a]than that of Abel.
