¹⁴ For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end,

³⁰ And ^(A)do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

¹³ For we are not writing any other things to you than what you read or understand. Now I trust you will understand, even to the end

¹⁹ By your patience possess your souls.

³ and you have persevered and have patience, and have labored for My name’s sake and have ^(A)not become weary.

¹⁵ But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with ^(A)patience.^[a]
