Genesis 7:3-5

³also of the birds of the sky, ^[a]seven pairs, male and female, to keep their ^[b]offspring alive on the face of all the earth. ⁴For after ^(A)seven more days, I will send rain on the earth for ^(B)forty days and forty nights; and I will wipe out from the face of the land ^(C)every living thing that I have made.” ⁵So ^(D)Noah acted in accordance with everything that the Lord had commanded him.
