Ang Nawawalang Kopa

44 Inutusan ni Jose ang kanyang katiwala, “Punuin mo ng trigo ang kanilang mga sako at bago mo isara ay ilagay mo ang salaping ibinayad nila. At sa sako ng pinakabunso, ilagay mo pa ang aking kopang pilak.” Ginawa naman ng katiwala ang iniutos sa kanya. Kinabukasan, maaga pa'y umalis na ang magkakapatid, sakay ng kanilang mga asno.

A Silver Cup in a Sack

44 Now Joseph gave these instructions to the steward of his house:(A) “Fill the men’s sacks with as much food as they can carry, and put each man’s silver in the mouth of his sack.(B) Then put my cup,(C) the silver one,(D) in the mouth of the youngest one’s sack, along with the silver for his grain.” And he did as Joseph said.

As morning dawned, the men were sent on their way with their donkeys.(E)

And put my cup, the silver cup, in the sack's mouth of the youngest, and his corn money. And he did according to the word that Joseph had spoken.

As soon as the morning was light, the men were sent away, they and their asses.

Spaima fraţilor lui Iosif

44 Iosif a dat următoarea poruncă economului casei lui: „Umple cu merinde sacii oamenilor acestora, cât vor putea să ducă, şi pune argintul fiecăruia la gura sacului său. Să pui şi paharul meu, paharul de argint, la gura sacului celui mai tânăr, împreună cu argintul cuvenit pentru preţul grâului lui.” Economul a făcut cum îi poruncise Iosif. Dimineaţa, cum s-a crăpat de ziuă, au dat drumul oamenilor acestora împreună cu măgarii lor.

Joseph’s Cup

44 And he commanded [a]the (A)steward of his house, saying, (B)“Fill the men’s sacks with food, as much as they can carry, and put each man’s money in the mouth of his sack. Also put my cup, the silver cup, in the mouth of the sack of the youngest, and his grain money.” So he did according to the word that Joseph had spoken. As soon as the morning dawned, the men were sent away, they and their donkeys.
