Jacob became angry with her and said, “Am I in the place of God,(A) who has kept you from having children?”(B)

Then she said, “Here is Bilhah,(C) my servant.(D) Sleep with her so that she can bear children for me and I too can build a family through her.”(E)

So she gave him her servant Bilhah as a wife.(F) Jacob slept with her,(G)

Then Jacob’s anger burned against Rachel, and he said, “Am I in the place of God, who has (A)withheld from you the fruit of the womb?” Then she said, “(B)Here is my female slave Bilhah: have relations with her that she may (C)give birth [a]on my knees, so that [b](D)by her I too may obtain a child.” So (E)she gave him her slave Bilhah as a wife, and Jacob had relations with her.
