The Voice
9 His sons, Isaac and Ishmael, buried him in the cave of Machpelah in the field of Ephron (the son of Zohar the Hittite) to the east of Mamre. 10 This was the field Abraham had purchased from the Hittites. Here he was buried with his wife Sarah by his side. 11 After Abraham’s death, God blessed his son Isaac. And Isaac settled into his home at Beer-lahai-roi.

9 His sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him(A) in the cave of Machpelah(B) near Mamre,(C) in the field of Ephron(D) son of Zohar the Hittite,(E) 10 the field Abraham had bought from the Hittites.[a](F) There Abraham was buried with his wife Sarah. 11 After Abraham’s death, God blessed his son Isaac,(G) who then lived near Beer Lahai Roi.(H)
