Genesis 1:26-30
Legacy Standard Bible
26 Then God said, “Let (A)Us make (B)man in Our image, according to Our likeness, so that they will have (C)dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the [a]sky and over the cattle and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 And God created man (D)in His own image, in the image of God He created him; (E)male and female He created them. 28 God blessed them, and God said to them, “(F)Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the [b]sky and over every living thing that creeps on the earth.” 29 Then God said, “Behold, (G)I have given to you every plant yielding seed that is on the [c]surface of all the earth, and every tree [d]which has the fruit of the tree yielding seed; it shall be food for you; 30 and (H)to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the [e]sky and to every thing that creeps on the earth [f]which has life, I have given every green plant for food”; and it was so.

New International Version
26 Then God said, “Let us(A) make mankind(B) in our image,(C) in our likeness,(D) so that they may rule(E) over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky,(F) over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
27 So God created(G) mankind(H) in his own image,(I)
in the image of God(J) he created them;
male and female(K) he created them.(L)
28 God blessed them and said to them,(M) “Be fruitful and increase in number;(N) fill the earth(O) and subdue it. Rule over(P) the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.(Q)”
29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.(R) 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life(S) in it—I give every green plant for food.(T)” And it was so.

16 And Yahweh God (A)commanded the man, saying, “From any tree of the garden you may surely eat; 17 but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat from it; for in the day that you eat from it (B)you will surely die.”
18 Then Yahweh God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; (C)I will make him a helper [a]suitable for him.” 19 (D)And out of the ground Yahweh God had formed every beast of the field and every bird of the [b]sky, and He (E)brought each to the man to see what he would call it; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name. 20 And the man gave names to all the cattle and to the birds of the [c]sky and to every beast of the field; but for [d]Adam there was not found (F)a helper [e]suitable for him. 21 So Yahweh God caused a (G)deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place. 22 And Yahweh God [f]fashioned (H)the rib, which He had taken from the man, into a woman, and He brought her to the man. 23 Then the man said,
“(I)This one finally is bone of my bones,
And flesh of my flesh;
This one shall be called [g]Woman,
Because this one was taken out of [h]Man.”
24 (J)Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother, and cleave to his wife; and they shall become one flesh. 25 (K)And the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed.

Genesis 2:16-25
New International Version
16 And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden;(A) 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil,(B) for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”(C)
18 The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”(D)
19 Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals(E) and all the birds in the sky.(F) He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called(G) each living creature,(H) that was its name. 20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.
But for Adam[a] no suitable helper(I) was found. 21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep;(J) and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs[b] and then closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib[c](K) he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
23 The man said,
“This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;(L)
she shall be called(M) ‘woman,’
for she was taken out of man.(N)”
24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united(O) to his wife, and they become one flesh.(P)
25 Adam and his wife were both naked,(Q) and they felt no shame.
