5 பிறகு தேவன் ஆபிராமை வெளியே அழைத்து வந்து, “வானத்தில் நிறைந்திருக்கும் ஏராளமான நட்சத்திரங்களைப் பார், அவற்றை உன்னால் எண்ணமுடியாது, வருங்காலத்தில் உன் சந்ததியும் இவ்வாறே இருக்கும்” என்றார்.
