10 Lot looked about him and saw that the plain of the Jordan was well watered everywhere like the garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt, in the direction of Zoar; this was before the Lord destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.(A) 11 So Lot chose for himself all the plain of the Jordan, and Lot journeyed eastward, and they separated from each other.

10 Lot looked around and saw that the whole plain(A) of the Jordan toward Zoar(B) was well watered, like the garden of the Lord,(C) like the land of Egypt.(D) (This was before the Lord destroyed Sodom(E) and Gomorrah.)(F) 11 So Lot chose for himself the whole plain of the Jordan and set out toward the east. The two men parted company:

11 Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.
