Ezekiel 4:8-10
New American Standard Bible
8 Now behold, I will (A)put ropes [a]around you so that you cannot turn from your one side to your other until you have completed the days of your siege.
Defiled Bread
9 “But as for you, take wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and (B)spelt, and put them in one vessel and make them into bread for yourself; you shall eat it according to the number of the days that you lie on your side, 390 days. 10 Your food which you eat shall be (C)twenty shekels a day by weight; you shall eat it from time to time.

8 I will tie you up with ropes so that you cannot turn from one side to the other until you have finished the days of your siege.(A)
9 “Take wheat and barley, beans and lentils, millet and spelt;(B) put them in a storage jar and use them to make bread for yourself. You are to eat it during the 390 days you lie on your side. 10 Weigh out twenty shekels[a](C) of food to eat each day and eat it at set times.
