Exodus 9:12-16

12 (A)But the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he did not listen to them, as (B)the Lord had spoken to Moses.
The Seventh Plague: Hail
13 Then the Lord said to Moses, (C)“Rise up early in the morning and present yourself before Pharaoh and say to him, ‘Thus says the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, “Let my people go, that they may serve me. 14 For this time I will send all my plagues on you yourself,[a] and on your servants and your people, so (D)that you may know that there is none like me in all the earth. 15 For by now I could have put out my hand and struck you and your people with pestilence, and you would have been cut off from the earth. 16 (E)But for this purpose I have raised you up, to show you my power, so (F)that my name may be proclaimed in all the earth.

New International Version
12 But the Lord hardened Pharaoh’s heart(A) and he would not listen(B) to Moses and Aaron, just as the Lord had said to Moses.
The Plague of Hail
13 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Get up early in the morning, confront Pharaoh and say to him, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, says: Let my people go, so that they may worship(C) me, 14 or this time I will send the full force of my plagues against you and against your officials and your people, so you may know(D) that there is no one like(E) me in all the earth. 15 For by now I could have stretched out my hand and struck you and your people(F) with a plague that would have wiped you off the earth. 16 But I have raised you up[a] for this very purpose,(G) that I might show you my power(H) and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.

13 And the Lord said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
14 For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth.
15 For now I will stretch out my hand, that I may smite thee and thy people with pestilence; and thou shalt be cut off from the earth.
16 And in very deed for this cause have I raised thee up, for to shew in thee my power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.
