²⁶ I ^(A)call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that you will soon utterly perish from the land that you are going over the Jordan to possess. You will not live long in it, but will be utterly destroyed.

²³ until the Lord removed Israel out of his sight, ^(A)as he had spoken by all his servants the prophets. ^(B)So Israel was exiled from their own land to Assyria until this day.

²¹ And the king of Babylon struck them down and put them to death at ^(A)Riblah in the land of Hamath. ^(B)So Judah was taken into exile out of its land.
