15 “சட்டத்திற்கு எதிராக ஏதாவது குற்றத்தைச் செய்த நபரை, ஒரே ஒரு சாட்சியை வைத்து ‘அவன் குற்றவாளி’ என்று நிரூபிக்காதீர்கள். அவன் அக்குற்றத்தைச் செய்தானா இல்லையா என்பதை, இரண்டு அல்லது மூன்று சாட்சிகளை வைத்து நிரூபிக்க வேண்டும்.
