⁵And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death because he has spoken rebellion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and ransomed you out of the house of slavery, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.

⁵Os falsos profetas e sonhadores que tentarem desviá-los devem ser executados, pois incentivaram a rebelião contra o Senhor, seu Deus, que os libertou da escravidão e os tirou da terra do Egito. Uma vez que eles tentaram desviá-los do caminho que o Senhor, seu Deus, ordenou que seguissem, vocês terão de executá-los. Desse modo, vocês eliminarão o mal do seu meio.

Deuteronomy 13:5

New International Version

⁵That prophet or dreamer must be put to death^(A) for inciting rebellion against the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery. That prophet or dreamer tried to turn^(B) you from the way the Lord your God commanded you to follow. You must purge the evil^(C) from among you.
