5 And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death because he has spoken rebellion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and ransomed you out of the house of slavery, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.

5 Os falsos profetas e sonhadores que tentarem desviá-los devem ser executados, pois incentivaram a rebelião contra o Senhor, seu Deus, que os libertou da escravidão e os tirou da terra do Egito. Uma vez que eles tentaram desviá-los do caminho que o Senhor, seu Deus, ordenou que seguissem, vocês terão de executá-los. Desse modo, vocês eliminarão o mal do seu meio.
