¹⁸ Take care that no one keeps ^[a](A)defrauding you of your prize by ^(B)delighting in humility and the worship of the angels, ^[b]taking his stand on visions he has seen, ^[c](C)inflated without cause by his ^(D)fleshly mind,

¹⁰ Then ^(A)I fell at his feet to worship him. ^(B)But he *said to me, “^[a]Do not do that; I am a ^(C)fellow servant of yours and your brothers and sisters who ^(D)hold the testimony of Jesus; worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

^8 (A)I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw them, ^(B)I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who showed me these things.
