7 Después de esto vi a cuatro ángeles en los cuatro ángulos de la tierra. Estaban allí de pie, deteniendo los cuatro vientos para que estos no se desataran sobre la tierra, el mar y los árboles. 2 Vi también a otro ángel que venía del oriente con el sello del Dios vivo. Gritó con voz potente a los cuatro ángeles a quienes se les había permitido hacer daño a la tierra y al mar: 3 «¡No hagáis daño ni a la tierra, ni al mar ni a los árboles, hasta que hayamos puesto un sello en la frente de los siervos de nuestro Dios!» 4 Y oí el número de los que fueron sellados: ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil de todas las tribus de Israel.
5 De la tribu de Judá fueron sellados doce mil;
de la tribu de Rubén, doce mil;
de la tribu de Gad, doce mil;
6 de la tribu de Aser, doce mil;
de la tribu de Neftalí, doce mil;
de la tribu de Manasés, doce mil;
7 de la tribu de Simeón, doce mil;
de la tribu de Leví, doce mil;
de la tribu de Isacar, doce mil;
8 de la tribu de Zabulón, doce mil;
de la tribu de José, doce mil;
de la tribu de Benjamín, doce mil.
La gran multitud con túnicas blancas
9 Después de esto miré, y apareció una multitud tomada de todas las naciones, tribus, pueblos y lenguas; era tan grande que nadie podía contarla. Estaban de pie delante del trono y del Cordero, vestidos de túnicas blancas y con ramas de palma en la mano. 10 Gritaban a gran voz:
«¡La salvación viene de nuestro Dios,
que está sentado en el trono,
y del Cordero!»
11 Todos los ángeles estaban de pie alrededor del trono, de los ancianos y de los cuatro seres vivientes. Se postraron rostro en tierra delante del trono, y adoraron a Dios 12 diciendo:
«¡Amén!
La alabanza, la gloria,
la sabiduría, la acción de gracias,
la honra, el poder y la fortaleza
son de nuestro Dios por los siglos de los siglos.
¡Amén!»
13 Entonces uno de los ancianos me preguntó:
―Esos que están vestidos de blanco, ¿quiénes son, y de dónde vienen?
14 ―Eso tú lo sabes, mi señor —respondí.
Él me dijo:
―Aquellos son los que están saliendo de la gran tribulación;
han lavado y blanqueado sus túnicas en la sangre del Cordero.
15 Por eso están delante del trono de Dios,
y día y noche le sirven en su templo;
y el que está sentado en el trono
les dará refugio en su santuario.[a]
16 Ya no sufrirán hambre ni sed.
No los abatirá el sol ni ningún calor abrasador.
17 Porque el Cordero que está en el trono los pastoreará
y los guiará a fuentes de agua viva;
y Dios enjugará toda lágrima de sus ojos.

7 Después de esto vi a cuatro ángeles en pie sobre los cuatro ángulos de la tierra, que detenían los cuatro vientos(A) de la tierra, para que no soplase viento alguno sobre la tierra, ni sobre el mar, ni sobre ningún árbol. 2 Vi también a otro ángel que subía de donde sale el sol, y tenía el sello del Dios vivo; y clamó a gran voz a los cuatro ángeles, a quienes se les había dado el poder de hacer daño a la tierra y al mar, 3 diciendo: No hagáis daño a la tierra, ni al mar, ni a los árboles, hasta que hayamos sellado en sus frentes a los siervos de nuestro Dios.(B) 4 Y oí el número de los sellados: ciento cuarenta y cuatro mil sellados de todas las tribus de los hijos de Israel. 5 De la tribu de Judá, doce mil sellados. La multitud vestida de ropas blancas
9 Después de esto miré, y he aquí una gran multitud, la cual nadie podía contar, de todas naciones y tribus y pueblos y lenguas, que estaban delante del trono y en la presencia del Cordero, vestidos de ropas blancas, y con palmas en las manos; 10 y clamaban a gran voz, diciendo: La salvación pertenece a nuestro Dios que está sentado en el trono, y al Cordero. 11 Y todos los ángeles estaban en pie alrededor del trono, y de los ancianos y de los cuatro seres vivientes; y se postraron sobre sus rostros delante del trono, y adoraron a Dios, 12 diciendo: Amén. La bendición y la gloria y la sabiduría y la acción de gracias y la honra y el poder y la fortaleza, sean a nuestro Dios por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.
13 Entonces uno de los ancianos habló, diciéndome: Estos que están vestidos de ropas blancas, ¿quiénes son, y de dónde han venido? 14 Yo le dije: Señor, tú lo sabes. Y él me dijo: Estos son los que han salido de la gran tribulación,(C) y han lavado sus ropas, y las han emblanquecido en la sangre del Cordero. 15 Por esto están delante del trono de Dios, y le sirven día y noche en su templo; y el que está sentado sobre el trono extenderá su tabernáculo sobre ellos. 16 Ya no tendrán hambre ni sed, y el sol no caerá más sobre ellos, ni calor alguno;(D) 17 porque el Cordero que está en medio del trono los pastoreará,(E) y los guiará a fuentes de aguas de vida;(F) y Dios enjugará toda lágrima de los ojos de ellos.(G)

7 After this[a] I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding-back the four winds of the earth in order that a wind might not blow on the land, nor on the sea, nor against any tree. 2 And I saw another angel coming-up from the rising of the sun[b], having a seal of the living God. And he cried-out with a loud voice to the four angels to whom authority was given to them to harm the land and the sea, 3 saying “Do not harm the land nor the sea nor the trees until we seal[c] the slaves of our God upon their foreheads”. 4 And I heard the number of the ones having been sealed, one-hundred forty four thousand, having been sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel— 5 from[d] the tribe of Judah, twelve thousand having been sealed; from the tribe of Reuben, twelve thousand; from the tribe of Gad, twelve thousand; 6 from the tribe of Asher, twelve thousand; from the tribe of Naphtali, twelve thousand; from the tribe of Manasseh, twelve thousand; 7 from the tribe of Simeon, twelve thousand; from the tribe of Levi, twelve thousand; from the tribe of Issachar, twelve thousand; 8 from the tribe of Zebulun, twelve thousand; from the tribe of Joseph, twelve thousand; from the tribe of Benjamin, twelve thousand having been sealed.
A Multitude Having Died In The Great Affliction Worship God Before His Throne
9 After these things I saw, and behold— there was a great multitude (which, no one was able to number it) from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, having been clothed-with[e] white robes, and palm-branches in their hands. 10 And they are crying-out with a loud voice, saying “Salvation[f] belongs to[g] our God sitting on the throne and to the Lamb”. 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and the elders and the four living-creatures. And they fell on their faces before the throne and gave-worship to God, 12 saying “Amen. The blessing and the glory and the wisdom and the thanksgiving and the honor and the power and the strength be to our God forever and ever, amen”. 13 And one of the elders responded, saying to me, “These ones having been clothed-with the white robes— who are they, and from where did they come?” 14 And I have said to him, “My lord, you know”. And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great affliction[h]. And they washed their robes and made them white[i] in the blood of the Lamb. 15 For this reason, they are before the throne of God, and they are serving[j] Him by day and by night in His temple. And the One sitting on the throne will dwell over them. 16 They will not hunger anymore, nor thirst anymore, nor may the sun fall upon them, nor any scorching-heat. 17 Because the Lamb at the center of the throne will shepherd them, and guide them to springs of the waters of life. And God will wipe-away[k] every tear from their eyes”.

2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
6 Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nephthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.
11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,
12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
