¹⁴ But I will kindle a fire in the wall of ^(A)Rabbah,
And it shall devour its palaces,
^(B)Amid shouting in the day of battle,
And a tempest in the day of the whirlwind.

² But I will send a fire upon Moab,
And it shall devour the palaces of ^(A)Kerioth;
Moab shall die with tumult,
With shouting and trumpet sound.

²⁵ At the blast of the trumpet he says, ‘Aha!’
He smells the battle from afar,
The thunder of captains and shouting.

¹⁶ A day of ^(A)trumpet and alarm
Against the fortified cities
And against the high towers.
