Acts 7:50-60
King James Version
50 Hath not my hand made all these things?
51 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.
52 Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:
53 Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.
54 When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.
55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
57 Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,
58 And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.
59 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
60 And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

Acts 7:50-60
New International Version
51 “You stiff-necked people!(B) Your hearts(C) and ears are still uncircumcised. You are just like your ancestors: You always resist the Holy Spirit! 52 Was there ever a prophet your ancestors did not persecute?(D) They even killed those who predicted the coming of the Righteous One. And now you have betrayed and murdered him(E)— 53 you who have received the law that was given through angels(F) but have not obeyed it.”
The Stoning of Stephen
54 When the members of the Sanhedrin heard this, they were furious(G) and gnashed their teeth at him. 55 But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit,(H) looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.(I) 56 “Look,” he said, “I see heaven open(J) and the Son of Man(K) standing at the right hand of God.”
57 At this they covered their ears and, yelling at the top of their voices, they all rushed at him, 58 dragged him out of the city(L) and began to stone him.(M) Meanwhile, the witnesses(N) laid their coats(O) at the feet of a young man named Saul.(P)
59 While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.”(Q) 60 Then he fell on his knees(R) and cried out, “Lord, do not hold this sin against them.”(S) When he had said this, he fell asleep.(T)

51 “You men who are (B)stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears are always resisting the Holy Spirit; you are doing just as your fathers did. 52 (C)Which one of the prophets did your fathers not persecute?
