14 Entonces Ezequías, rey de Judá, envió a decir al rey de Asiria en Laquis: «He hecho lo malo(A). Retírate[a] de mí; lo que me impongas, aceptaré». Y el rey de Asiria impuso a Ezequías, rey de Judá, 10.2 toneladas de plata y una tonelada de oro.

14 So Hezekiah king of Judah sent this message to the king of Assyria at Lachish:(A) “I have done wrong.(B) Withdraw from me, and I will pay whatever you demand of me.” The king of Assyria exacted from Hezekiah king of Judah three hundred talents[a] of silver and thirty talents[b] of gold.
