2 Prästerna kunde inte gå in i Herrens hus, eftersom Herrens härlighet uppfyllde det. 3 När alla israeliterna såg hur elden och Herrens härlighet kom ner över templet, föll de ner med ansiktet mot marken och tillbad och prisade Herren:
”Han är god
och hans nåd varar i evighet!”
4 Kungen och allt folket frambar offer till Herren.

2 The priests could not enter(A) the temple of the Lord because the glory(B) of the Lord filled it. 3 When all the Israelites saw the fire coming down and the glory of the Lord above the temple, they knelt on the pavement with their faces to the ground, and they worshiped and gave thanks to the Lord, saying,
“He is good;
his love endures forever.”(C)
4 Then the king and all the people offered sacrifices before the Lord.
