⁸ “After Jacob^(A) entered Egypt, they cried^(B) to the Lord for help, and the Lord sent^(C) Moses and Aaron, who brought your ancestors out of Egypt and settled them in this place.

⁹ “But they forgot^(D) the Lord their God; so he sold them^(E) into the hand of Sisera,^(F) the commander of the army of Hazor,^(G) and into the hands of the Philistines^(H) and the king of Moab,^(I) who fought against them.
