2 Noka nga wakuna, ne Lafa nga ye wookutaano.
3 (B)Batabani ba Bera baali
Addali, ne Gera, ne Abikudi, 4 (C)ne Abisuwa, ne Naamani, ne Akowa 5 ne Gera, ne Sefufani ne Kulamu.
6 (D)Bazzukulu ba Ekudi mutabani wa Gera baali bakulu b’enda z’abo abaabeeranga mu Geba nga baabatwala e Manakasi nga basibe era be bano:
7 Naamani, ne Akiya, ne Gera eyabakulembera nga bagenda mu buwaŋŋanguse, ate nga ye kitaawe wa Uzza ne Akikudi.
8 Sakalayimu n’azaala abaana abalala mu nsi y’e Mowaabu, ng’amaze okugoba abakyala be ababiri, Kusimu ne Baala. 9 Kodesi yamuzaalira Yokabu, ne Zibiya, ne Mesa, ne Malukamu, 10 ne Yewuzi, ne Sakiya, ne Miruma, era bano be baali abakulu b’enda za bajjajjaabwe. 11 Kusimu yamuzaalira Abitubu ne Erupaali.
12 (E)Batabani ba Erupaali baali
Eberi, ne Misamu, ne Semedi, eyazimba Ono ne Loodi n’ebibuga ebibyetoolodde, 13 (F)Beriya, ne Sema abakulu b’enda z’abo abaabeeranga e Ayalooni, era be baagoba abaabeeranga mu Gaasi.
14 Abaana abalala baali Akiyo, ne Sasaki, ne Yeremosi, 15 ne Zebadiya, ne Aladi, ne Ederi 16 ne Mikayiri, ne Isupa, ne Yoka,
17 ne Zebadiya, ne Mesullamu, ne Kizuki, ne Keberi, 18 ne Isumerayi, ne Izuliya, ne Yobabu.
19 Batabani ba Simeeyi baali Yakimu, ne Zikuli, ne Zabudi, 20 ne Eryenayi, ne Ziresayi, ne Eryeri, 21 ne Adaaya, ne Beraya, ne Simulasi.
22 Batabani ba Sasaki baali Isupani, ne Eberi, ne Eryeri, 23 ne Abudoni, ne Zikuli, ne Kanani, 24 ne Kananiya, ne Eramu, ne Anusosiya, 25 Sasaki ne Ifudeya ne Penueri.
26 Batabani ba Yerokamu baali Samuserayi, ne Sekaliya, ne Asaliya, 27 ne Yaalesiya, ne Eriya, ne Zikuli.
28 Bano wammanga be baali abakulu b’enda, abaami, nga bwe bayogerwako mu nnyiriri zaabwe, era baabeeranga mu Yerusaalemi.
29 (G)Yeyeri omukulembeze we Gibyoni yabeeranga Gibyoni,
ne mukyala we ye yali Maaka. 30 Mutabani we omuggulanda yali Abudoni, ne Zuuli n’amuddirira, ne Kiisi n’amuddako, ne Baali, ne Nadabu, 31 ne Gedoli, ne Akiyo, ne Zekeeri 32 ne Mikuloosi n’azaala Simeeyi. Nabo baabeeranga kumpi ne baganda baabwe mu Yerusaalemi.
33 (H)Neeri n’azaala Kiisi, ne Kiisi n’azaala Sawulo, ne Sawulo n’azaala Yonasaani, ne Malukisuwa, ne Abinadaabu ne Esubaali.
34 (I)Mutabani wa Yonasaani yali
Meribubaali, ye Mefibosesi, eyazaala Mikka.
35 Batabani ba Mikka baali
Pisoni, ne Mereki, ne Taleya ne Akazi.
36 Akazi n’azaala Yekoyaada, Yekoyaada n’azaala Alemesi, ne Azumavesi, ne Zimuli, ne Zimuli n’azaala Moza. 37 Moza n’azaala Bineya, Bineya n’azaala Lafa, ne Ereyaasa ne Azeri.
38 Azeri yazaala abaana aboobulenzi mukaaga, nga be ba
Azulikamu, ne Bokeru, ne Isimayiri, ne Seyaliya, ne Obadiya ne Kanani.
39 Batabani ba muganda we Eseki baali
Ulamu omubereberye, ne Yewusi nga ye owookubiri ne Erifereti nga ye wookusatu. 40 (J)Batabani ba Ulamu baali basajja bazira era nga b’amaanyi, nga balasi ba busaale, nga n’abaana n’abazzukulu bangi ddala.

8 Now Benjamin begot (B)Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, [a]Aharah the third, 2 Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth. 3 The sons of Bela were [b]Addar, Gera, Abihud, 4 Abishua, Naaman, Ahoah, 5 Gera, [c]Shephuphan, and Huram.
6 These are the sons of Ehud, who were the heads of the fathers’ houses of the inhabitants of (C)Geba, and who forced them to move to (D)Manahath: 7 Naaman, Ahijah, and Gera who forced them to move. He begot Uzza and Ahihud.
8 Also Shaharaim had children in the country of Moab, after he had sent away Hushim and Baara his wives. 9 By Hodesh his wife he begot Jobab, Zibia, Mesha, Malcam, 10 Jeuz, Sachiah, and Mirmah. These were his sons, heads of their fathers’ houses.
11 And by Hushim he begot Abitub and Elpaal. 12 The sons of Elpaal were Eber, Misham, and Shemed, who built Ono and Lod with its towns; 13 and Beriah and (E)Shema, who were heads of their fathers’ houses of the inhabitants of Aijalon, who drove out the inhabitants of Gath. 14 Ahio, Shashak, Jeremoth, 15 Zebadiah, Arad, Eder, 16 Michael, Ispah, and Joha were the sons of Beriah. 17 Zebadiah, Meshullam, Hizki, Heber, 18 Ishmerai, Jizliah, and Jobab were the sons of Elpaal. 19 Jakim, Zichri, Zabdi, 20 Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel, 21 Adaiah, Beraiah, and Shimrath were the sons of [d]Shimei. 22 Ishpan, Eber, Eliel, 23 Abdon, Zichri, Hanan, 24 Hananiah, Elam, Antothijah, 25 Iphdeiah, and Penuel were the sons of Shashak. 26 Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah, 27 Jaareshiah, Elijah, and Zichri were the sons of Jeroham.
28 These were heads of the fathers’ houses by their generations, chief men. These dwelt in Jerusalem.
29 Now [e]the father of Gibeon, whose (F)wife’s name was Maacah, dwelt at Gibeon. 30 And his firstborn son was Abdon, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Nadab, 31 Gedor, Ahio, [f]Zecher, 32 and Mikloth, who begot [g]Shimeah. They also dwelt [h]alongside their [i]relatives in Jerusalem, with their brethren. 33 (G)Ner[j] begot Kish, Kish begot Saul, and Saul begot Jonathan, Malchishua, [k]Abinadab, and [l]Esh-Baal. 34 The son of Jonathan was [m]Merib-Baal, and Merib-Baal begot (H)Micah. 35 The sons of Micah were Pithon, Melech, [n]Tarea, and Ahaz. 36 And Ahaz begot [o]Jehoaddah; Jehoaddah begot Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begot Moza. 37 Moza begot Binea, [p]Raphah his son, Eleasah his son, and Azel his son.
38 Azel had six sons whose names were these: Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel. 39 And the sons of Eshek his brother were Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third.
40 The sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor—archers. They had many sons and grandsons, one hundred and fifty in all. These were all sons of Benjamin.
