⁴⁶ To the rest of the sons of Kohath ten cities were assigned by lot from the family of the half-tribe of Manasseh. ⁴⁷ To the sons of Gershom, according to their families, 13 cities were assigned from the tribe of Issachar, from the tribe of Asher, from tribe of Naphtali and from the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan. ⁴⁸ To the sons of Merari 12 cities were assigned by lot, according to their families, from the tribe of Reuben, from the tribe of Gad and from the tribe of Zebulun.
