24 于是，耶稣对门徒说：“若有人要跟从我，就当舍己，背起他的十字架来跟从我。 25 因为凡要救自己生命[a]的，必丧掉生命；凡为我丧掉生命的，必得着生命。 26 人若赚得全世界，赔上自己的生命，有什么益处呢？人还能拿什么换生命呢？

24 Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.(A) 25 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.(B) 26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?
