33 耶穌轉身看了看門徒，斥責彼得說：「撒旦，退到我後面去！因為你不考慮上帝的意思，只考慮人的意思。」
34 祂叫眾人和門徒一起過來，對他們說：「如果有人要跟從我，就應當捨己，背起他的十字架跟從我。 35 因為想救自己生命的，必失去生命；但為了我和福音而失去生命的，必得到生命。

33 But when Jesus turned and looked at his disciples, he rebuked Peter. “Get behind me, Satan!”(A) he said. “You do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”
The Way of the Cross
34 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.(B) 35 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it.(C)
