1 有關上帝的兒子耶穌基督的福音是這樣開始的。

²以賽亞先知書上說：
「看啊，
我要差遣我的使者在你前面為你預備道路。

1 The beginning of the good news about Jesus the Messiah,^[a] the Son of God,^[b]^(B) ²as it is written in Isaiah the prophet:

“I will send my messenger ahead of you,
who will prepare your way”^[c]^(C)—

Mark 1:1 Or Jesus Christ. Messiah (Hebrew) and Christ (Greek) both mean Anointed One.
Mark 1:1 Some manuscripts do not have the Son of God.
