差派七十人
10 这些事以后，主另外指定了七十[a]个人，差派他们两个两个地在他前头，到他要去的各城各地去。 2 耶稣对他们说：“收割的工作[b]多，而工人少。所以你们要祈求收割[c]的主催促工人参与他的收割工作[d]。 3 你们去吧！看哪，我差派你们出去，就像把羊羔送进狼群中。 4 你们不要带钱包，不要带行囊，不要带鞋子，在路上也不要问候任何人。 5 你们无论进哪一家，首先要说‘愿这一家平安。’ 6 如果那里有平安之子，你们的平安就会临到他；否则，那平安就归回你们。 7 你们当住在那一家，吃喝他们所供给的，因为工人配得自己的酬报。不要从这家搬到那家。 8 无论进哪一个城，如果人们接受你们，给你们摆上什么，你们就吃什么。 9 你们要使那城里的病人痊愈，并且要对他们说‘神的国临近你们了。’ 10 无论进哪一个城，如果人们不接受你们，你们就到大街[e]上去，说 11 ‘连那沾在我们脚上[f]的你们城里的尘土，我们也要当着你们擦掉，不过你们应当知道：神的国近了[g]。’ 12 我告诉你们：在那日，所多玛所受的，将要比那城还容易受呢！
不悔改的城
13 “哥拉汛哪，你有祸了！伯赛达呀，你有祸了！因为在你们当中行过的神迹，如果行在提尔和西顿，那里的人早就会披麻蒙灰，坐在地上悔改了。 14 不过在审判的时候，提尔和西顿所受的，将要比你们还容易受呢！ 15 而你——迦百农啊，你将被高举到天上吗？不，你将下到阴间。
16 “听从你们的，就是听从我；拒绝你们的，就是拒绝我；拒绝我的，就是拒绝差派我来的那一位。”
七十人归来
17 那七十[h]个人怀着喜乐的心回来，说：“主啊，奉你的名，连鬼魔也服从了我们。”
18 耶稣对他们说：“我看见撒旦像闪电一样从天上坠落。 19 看，我已经给了你们权柄去践踏蛇和蝎子，又胜过仇敌一切的势力，绝不会有什么能伤害你们了。 20 但不要因为邪灵服从了你们就欢喜，要因为你们的名字已经被记录在天上而欢喜。”
父的美意
21 那时候，耶稣[i]受了圣灵的感动就快乐，说：“父啊，天地的主，我赞美[j]你，因为你把这些事向有智慧的和有学问的人隐藏起来，而向小孩子们显明出来。是的，父啊！因为这正是你的美意。” 22 “我父把一切都交给了我。除了父，没有人知道子是谁；除了子和子所愿意启示的人，也没有人知道父是谁。”
23 耶稣转过身来，悄悄地对门徒们说：“看见你们所看见的，那眼睛是蒙福的！ 24 我告诉你们：曾经有许多先知和君王想要看你们所看见的，却没有看到；想要听你们所听见的，却没有听到。”
好撒马利亚人
25 这时候，忽然有一个律法师站起来试探耶稣，说：“老师，我该做什么才会继承永恒的生命呢？”
26 耶稣对他说：“律法上是怎么写的？你是怎么读的呢？”
27 他回答说：
“你要以全心、全灵、全力、全意爱主——你的神，并且要爱邻如己。”[k]
28 耶稣说：“你回答得对。你这样去做，就将活着。”
29 那个人却要显示自己为义，就对耶稣说：“那么，谁是我的邻人呢？”
30 耶稣回答说：“有一个人从耶路撒冷下到耶利哥去，途中[l]遇到强盗。他们剥去他的衣服，把他打得半死，丢下他走了。 31 恰好有一个祭司从那条路下来，看见他，就从另一边走了过去。 32 有一个利未人也正好来到那地方，看见他，也同样地从另一边走了过去。 33 可是，有一个撒马利亚人行路来到他那里，看见他，就动了怜悯之心， 34 上前来，在他的伤处倒上油和酒，包扎好，然后把他扶上自己的牲口，带到旅店里照顾他。 35 第二天[m]，他拿出两个银币[n]交给店家，说‘请你照顾他，一切额外的费用，我回来的时候将还给你。’
36 “你认为，这三个人中，哪一个是落在强盗手中那人的邻人呢？”
37 律法师说：“是那个怜悯他的人。”
耶稣对他说：“你去如此做吧。”
玛妲与玛丽亚
38 他们继续前行，耶稣进了一个村子，有一个名叫玛妲的女人接待他[o]。 39 玛妲有个妹妹[p]，称为玛丽亚，坐在主[q]的脚前听他的话语。 40 玛妲为了很多伺候的事就心里烦乱，上前来说：“主啊，我妹妹丢下我一个人伺候，你不管吗？请叫她来帮我的忙吧。”
41 主[r]回答她，说：“玛妲，玛妲，你为很多事忧虑、烦恼， 42 但是有一件事是需要的，而玛丽亚选择了那美好的一份，是不能从她那里被拿去的。”

10 1 The seventy disciples. 10 The unthankful cities charged with impiety. 17 The disciples returning home, are warned to be humble. 29, 30 Who is our neighbor. 38 Of Martha and her sister Mary.
1 After (A)[a]these things, the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them, two and two before him into every city and place, whither he himself should come.
2 And he said unto them, (B)The harvest is great, but the laborers are few: pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers into his harvest.
3 (C)[b]Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.
4 Bear no bag, neither scrip, nor shoes, and (D)salute [c]no man by the way.
5 (E)And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.
6 And if [d]the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon him, if not, it shall turn to you again.
7 And in that house [e]tarry still, eating and drinking such things as by them shall be set before you: (F)for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Go not from house to house.
8 (G)But into whatsoever city ye shall enter, if they receive you, [f]eat such things as are set before you,
9 And heal the sick that are there, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come near unto you.
10 [g]But into whatsoever city ye shall enter, if they will not receive you, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,
11 Even the very (H)dust, which cleaveth on us of your city, we wipe off against you: notwithstanding know this, that the kingdom of God was come near unto you.
12 For I say to you, that it shall be easier in that day for them of Sodom, than for that city.
13 (I)Woe be to thee, Chorazin: woe be to thee, Bethsaida: for if the miracles had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in you, they had a great while agone repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
14 Therefore it shall be easier for Tyre, and Sidon, at the judgment, than for you.
15 And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be thrust down to hell.
16 ¶ (J)He that heareth you, heareth me: and he that despiseth you, despiseth me: and he that despiseth me, despiseth him that sent me.
17 ¶ [h]And the seventy turned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subdued to us [i]through thy Name.
18 And he said unto them, I saw Satan, like lightning, [j]fall down from heaven.
19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on Serpents, and Scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall [k]hurt you.
20 Nevertheless, in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subdued unto you: but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
21 ¶ [l]That same hour rejoiced Jesus in the spirit, and said, I confess unto thee, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the [m]wise and understanding, and hast revealed them to babes: even so, Father, because it so pleased thee. [n]
22 [o]All things are given me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the son is, but the Father: neither who the Father is, save the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
23 ¶ [p]And he turned to his disciples, and said secretly, (K)Blessed are the eyes, which see that ye see.
24 For I tell you that many Prophets and Kings have desired to see those things, which ye see, and have not seen them: and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
25 ¶ (L)[q]Then behold, [r]a certain Lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
26 And he said unto him, What is written in the Law? how readest thou?
27 And he answered and said, (M)Thou shalt love thy Lord God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy thought, (N)and thy neighbor as thyself.
28 Then he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.
29 [s]But he willing to [t]justify himself, said unto Jesus, Who is then my neighbor?
30 And Jesus answered, and said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, and they robbed him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
31 Now so it fell out, that there came down a certain Priest that same way, and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 And likewise also a Levite, when he was come near to the place, went and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
33 Then a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came near unto him, and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds and poured in oil and wine, and put him on his own beast, and brought him to an Inn, and made provision for him.
35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him, and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will recompense thee.
36 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbor unto him that fell among the thieves?
37 And he said, He that showed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.
38 ¶ [u]Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain town, and a certain woman named Martha, received him into her house.
39 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus’ feet, and heard his preaching.
40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Master, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore, that she help me.
41 And Jesus answered, and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou carest, and art troubled about many things:
42 But one thing is needful, Mary hath chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
