78 因我們神憐憫的心腸，叫清晨的日光從高天臨到我們， 79 要照亮坐在黑暗中死蔭裡的人，把我們的腳引到平安的路上。」
80 那孩子漸漸長大，心靈強健，住在曠野，直到他顯明在以色列人面前的日子。

78 because of the tender mercy of our God,
by which the rising sun(A) will come to us from heaven
79 to shine on those living in darkness
and in the shadow of death,(B)
to guide our feet into the path of peace.”(C)
80 And the child grew and became strong in spirit[a];(D) and he lived in the wilderness until he appeared publicly to Israel.
