倚恃耶和华者得脱诸难
91 住在至高者隐密处的，必住在全能者的荫下。
2 我要论到耶和华说：“他是我的避难所，是我的山寨，是我的神，是我所倚靠的。”
3 他必救你脱离捕鸟人的网罗和毒害的瘟疫。
4 他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你，你要投靠在他的翅膀底下，他的诚实是大小的盾牌。
5 你必不怕黑夜的惊骇，或是白日飞的箭；
6 也不怕黑夜行的瘟疫，或是午间灭人的毒病。
7 虽有千人仆倒在你旁边，万人仆倒在你右边，这灾却不得临近你。
8 你唯亲眼观看，见恶人遭报。
9 耶和华是我的避难所，你已将至高者当你的居所，
10 祸患必不临到你，灾害也不挨近你的帐篷。
11 因他要为你吩咐他的使者，在你行的一切道路上保护你。
12 他们要用手托着你，免得你的脚碰在石头上。
13 你要踹在狮子和虺蛇的身上，践踏少壮狮子和大蛇。
14 神说：“因为他专心爱我，我就要搭救他；因为他知道我的名，我要把他安置在高处。
15 他若求告我，我就应允他；他在急难中，我要与他同在。我要搭救他，使他尊贵。
16 我要使他足享长寿，将我的救恩显明给他。”

1 Cel ce(A) stă sub ocrotirea Celui Preaînalt
şi se odihneşte la(B) umbra Celui Atotputernic
2 zice(C) despre Domnul: „El este locul meu de scăpare şi cetăţuia mea,
Dumnezeul meu în care mă încred!”
3 Da, El(D) te scapă de laţul vânătorului,
de ciumă şi de pustiirile ei.
4 El te va acoperi cu(E) penele Lui
şi te vei ascunde sub aripile Lui.
Căci scut şi pavăză este credincioşia Lui!
5 Nu(F) trebuie să te temi nici de groaza din timpul nopţii,
nici de săgeata care zboară ziua,
6 nici de ciuma care umblă în întuneric,
nici de molima care bântuie ziua namiaza mare.
7 O mie să cadă alături de tine
şi zece mii la dreapta ta,
dar de tine nu se va apropia.
8 Doar vei(G) privi cu ochii
şi vei vedea răsplătirea celor răi.
9 Pentru că zici: „Domnul este locul meu de adăpost(H)!”
şi faci din Cel Preaînalt turnul(I) tău de scăpare,
10 de aceea nicio(J) nenorocire nu te va ajunge,
nicio urgie nu se va apropia de cortul tău.
11 Căci(K) El va porunci îngerilor Săi
să te păzească în toate căile tale,
12 şi ei te vor duce pe mâini,
ca(L) nu cumva să-ţi loveşti piciorul de vreo piatră.
13 Vei păşi peste lei şi peste năpârci
şi vei călca peste pui de lei şi peste şerpi.
14 „Fiindcă Mă iubeşte”, zice Domnul, „de aceea îl voi izbăvi;
îl voi ocroti, căci cunoaşte(M) Numele Meu.
15 Când Mă va(N) chema, îi voi răspunde;
voi fi cu(O) el în strâmtorare,
îl voi izbăvi şi-l voi(P) proslăvi.
16 Îl voi sătura cu viaţă lungă
şi-i voi arăta mântuirea Mea”.

2 De aceea, Îi zic[b] Domnului:
„Refugiul meu, Fortăreaţa mea,
Dumnezeul meu în Care mă încred!“
3 El te va scăpa de laţul păsărarului
şi de ciuma cea distrugătoare.
4 El te va acoperi cu penele Sale,
iar tu te vei adăposti sub aripile Lui;
credincioşia Lui îţi va fi scut şi pavăză.
5 Nu te vei teme de groaza din timpul nopţii,
nici de săgeata care zboară ziua,
6 nici de ciuma care umblă prin întuneric,
nici de molima care pustieşte la miezul zilei.
7 O mie să cadă alături de tine
şi zece mii la dreapta ta,
dar de tine nu se va apropia.
8 Vei privi cu ochii
şi vei vedea răsplătirea celor răi.
9 Pentru că zici Domnului: „Refugiul meu!“
şi faci din Cel Preaînalt fortăreaţa ta[c],
10 Nu te va ajunge nici un rău
şi nici o urgie nu se va apropia de cortul tău.
11 El va da porunci îngerilor Săi cu privire la tine,
ca să te păzească în toate căile tale.
12 Ei te vor purta pe braţele lor,
ca nu cumva să-ţi loveşti piciorul de vreo piatră.
13 Aşa vei putea călca peste lei şi peste vipere,
peste leii cei tineri şi peste şerpi.
14 „Pentru că Mă iubeşte, şi Eu îl voi scăpa.
Îl voi ocroti, căci cunoaşte Numele Meu.
15 Mă va chema, iar Eu îi voi răspunde.
Voi fi cu el în necaz,
îl voi izbăvi şi îl voi onora.
16 Îl voi sătura cu viaţă lungă
şi-i voi arăta mântuirea Mea.“

1 Whoever dwells in the shelter(A) of the Most High
will rest in the shadow(B) of the Almighty.[a]
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge(C) and my fortress,(D)
my God, in whom I trust.”
3 Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare(E)
and from the deadly pestilence.(F)
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;(G)
his faithfulness will be your shield(H) and rampart.
5 You will not fear(I) the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.(J)
9 If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm(K) will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels(L) concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;(M)
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.(N)
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.(O)

91 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
