称颂 神公义的审判
大卫的诗，交给诗班长，调用“慕拉宾”。
9 耶和华啊！我要全心称谢你，
我要述说你一切奇妙的作为。
2 我要因你快乐欢欣；
至高者啊！我要歌颂你的名。
3 我的仇敌转身退后的时候，
就在你的面前绊倒、灭亡。
4 因为你为我伸了冤，辨了屈；
你坐在宝座上，施行公义的审判。
5 你斥责了列国，灭绝了恶人；
你涂抹了他们的名，直到永永远远。
6 仇敌的结局到了，他们遭毁灭，
直到永远；
你拆毁他们的城镇，使它们湮没无闻。
7 耶和华却永远坐着为王，
为了施行审判，他已经设立宝座。
8 他必以公义审判世界，
按正直判断万民。
9 耶和华要给受欺压的人作保障，
作患难时的避难所。
10 认识你名的人必倚靠你；

I
2 I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart;
I will declare all your wondrous deeds.
3 I will delight and rejoice in you;
I will sing hymns to your name, Most High.
4 When my enemies turn back,
they stumble and perish before you.
II
5 For you upheld my right and my cause,
seated on your throne, judging justly.
6 You rebuked the nations, you destroyed the wicked;
their name you blotted out for all time.(A)
7 The enemies have been ruined forever;
you destroyed their cities;
their memory has perished.
III
8 The Lord rules forever,
has set up his throne for judgment.
9 It is he who judges the world with justice,(B)
who judges the peoples with fairness.
10 The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.(C)
11 Those who know your name trust in you;
you never forsake those who seek you, Lord.

12 Sing hymns to the Lord enthroned on Zion;
proclaim his deeds among the nations!
13 For the avenger of bloodshed remembers,
does not forget the cry of the afflicted.(D)

14 Be gracious to me, Lord;
see how my foes afflict me!
You alone can raise me from the gates of death.(E)
15 Then I will declare all your praises,
sing joyously of your salvation

16 The nations fall into the pit they dig;
in the snare they hide, their own foot is caught.

Footnotes
- Psalms 9–10 Ps 9 and Ps 10 in the Hebrew text have been transmitted as separate poems but they actually form a single acrostic poem and are so transmitted in the Greek and Latin tradition. Each verse of the two Psalms begins with a successive letter of the Hebrew alphabet (though several letters have no corresponding stanza). The Psalm states loosely connected themes: the rescue of the helpless poor from their enemies, God’s worldwide judgment and rule over the nations, the psalmist’s own concern for rescue (Ps 9:14–15).
- 9:1 Muth Labben: probably the melodic accompaniment of the Psalm, now lost.
- 9:15 Daughter Zion: an ancient Near Eastern city could sometimes be personified as a woman or a queen, the spouse of the god of the city.
- 9:17 The Lord is revealed in making judgments: God has so made the universe that the wicked are punished by the very actions they perform. Selah: see note on Ps 3:3.

9 ମୁଁ ଅନ୍ତରର ସହିତ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରେ।
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ସୃଷ୍ଟିର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟଜନକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ମୁଁ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରିବି।
2 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ଅତି ଆନନ୍ଦ ଦେଇଛ।
ହେ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୁଁ ଶତମୁଖରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କରିବି।
3 ଯେତେବେଳେ ସେମାନେ ମୋ'ଠାରୁ ଦୌଡ଼ି ପଳାଇବା ପାଇଁ ବୁଲି ପଡ଼ିଲେ,
ମୋର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ଧ୍ୱଂସ ହେଲେ।
4 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହେଉଛ ସବୁଠାରୁ ବିଗ୍ଭରବନ୍ତ।
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସିଂହାସନରେ ବିଗ୍ଭରପତିର ଆସନ ଅଳଙ୍କୃତ କରି ବସୁଛ।
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋ’ କଥା କର୍ଣ୍ଣପାତ କଲ ଓ ତା'ପରେ ମୋ’ ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଲ।
5 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଛ।
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କରିଛ।
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ମାନଙ୍କର ନାମ ସବୁଦିନ ପାଇଁ ନିଶ୍ଚିହ୍ନ କରିଦେଇଛ।
ଆଜି ସେହିମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କେହି ଜୀବିତ ନାହାନ୍ତି।
6 ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ନିଶ୍ଚିହ୍ନ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି।
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ନଗରକୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କରିଛ।
ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ କେବଳ ଭଙ୍ଗା ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକାର ଧ୍ୱଂସାବଶେଷ ବିଦ୍ୟମାନ।
ଆଜି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମନେ ପକାଇବା ପାଇଁ କିଛି ଅବଶେଷ ବାକିରହି ନାହିଁ।
7 କିନ୍ତୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଚିରକାଳ ରାଜାରୂପେ ବିଦ୍ୟମାନ,
ସେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ କରନ୍ତି।
ସେ ଏହି ପୃଥିବୀର ମଙ୍ଗଳ କରନ୍ତି।
8 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏ ପୃଥିବୀର ସବୁ ମଣିଷ ପ୍ରତି ସମାନ ବିଗ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରନ୍ତି।
ସେ ସବୁ ରାଜ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସମାନ ନ୍ୟାୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରନ୍ତି।
9 କେତେକ ଲୋକ ଦଳିତ ବୋଲି ଅନୁଭବ କରନ୍ତି
କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ଗରିବ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅସୁବିଧା ଅଛି।
ଯେତେବେଳେ ସେମାନେ ସମସ୍ୟାରେ ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିରାପତ୍ତା ଦିଅନ୍ତି।
10 ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନାମକୁ ଜାଣନ୍ତି
ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରିବେ।
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଯଦି ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପାଖକୁ ଆସନ୍ତି
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ନ କରି ଛାଡ଼ିଦିଅ ନାହିଁ।
11 ହେ ସିୟୋନ ନିବାସୀ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସର୍ବଦା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର।
ସେ କରିଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ମହାନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ପ୍ରକାଶ କର।
12 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଯାଇଥିବା
ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମନେ ରଖନ୍ତି।
ସେହି ଗରିବ ଲୋକମାନେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଆକୁଳ ନିବେଦନ କରନ୍ତି
ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ କଥା ଭୁଲି ପାରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
13 ମୁଁ ଏହି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କରିବି, “ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟାକର।
ଦେଖ, ମୋର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ କିଭଳି ମୋ’ ପଛରେ ମୋତେ ଆଘାତ କରିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଛନ୍ତି।
ମୋତେ ‘ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ସ୍ଥାନରୁ’ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର।
14 ତା'ପରେ ଯିରୁଶାଲମର ଫାଟକ ପାଖରେ ଥାଇ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରି ମୁଁ ଗୀତ ଗାଇବି।
ମୁଁ ଆଜି ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଛ।”
15 ଅନ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ୟର ସେହି ଲୋକମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଗାଡ଼ ଖୋଳନ୍ତି ଓ ଯନ୍ତା ବସାନ୍ତି।
କିନ୍ତୁ ସେମାନେ ନିଜେ ବସାଇ ଥିବା ଯନ୍ତାରେ ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି।
ସେହି ଲୋକମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟକୁ ଧରିବା ପାଇଁ ଫାଶ ବସାଇ ଥା’ନ୍ତି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଶେଷରେ ସେମାନେ ନିଜେ ସେହି ଜାଲରେ ଧରାପଡ଼ନ୍ତି।
16 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରିପକାନ୍ତି,
ଏହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଲୋକମାନେ ଶିକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଅନ୍ତି। ହିଗାୟୋନ୍ ସେଲା
17 ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ଭୁଲି ଯାଆନ୍ତି
ସେମାନେ ମନ୍ଦ ଲୋକ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
ସେମାନେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଯିବେ।
18 ବେଳେବେଳେ ଏହା ଜଣାପଡ଼େ ଯେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ବିପଦରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୁଲି ଯାଆନ୍ତି।
ଏହାର ଅର୍ଥ ନୁହେଁ ଯେ ସେହି ଗରିବ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ଆଶା ନ ଥାଏ।
କିନ୍ତୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସର୍ବଦା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୁଲନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
19 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହୁଅ।
ସେହି ଜାତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ନ୍ୟାୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କର।
ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭାବିବାକୁ ସୁଯୋଗ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ ଯେ, ସେମାନେ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
20 ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଦାନ କର।
