称颂上帝的公义
大卫的诗，交给乐长，调用“慕拉辨”[a]。
9 耶和华啊，
我要全心全意地赞美你，
传扬你一切奇妙的作为。
2 我要因你欢喜快乐，
至高者啊，我要歌颂你的名。
3 我的仇敌必在你面前败退，
倒地身亡。
4 你坐在宝座上按公义审判，
你为我主持公道。
5 你斥责列国，消灭恶人，
永永远远抹去他们的名字。
6 仇敌永远灭亡了，
你把他们的城池连根拔起，
无人再记得他们。
7 耶和华永远掌权，
祂已设立施行审判的宝座。
8 祂要以公义审判世界，
在万民中伸张正义。
9 耶和华是受欺压之人的避难所，
是他们患难之时的避风港。
10 耶和华啊，
凡认识你名的人都必信靠你，
因为你从来不丢弃寻求你的人。
11 要歌颂住在锡安的耶和华，
在列邦传扬祂的作为。
12 祂追讨血债，顾念受害者，
不忘倾听受苦者的呼求。
13 耶和华啊，
看看仇敌对我的迫害！
求你怜悯我，
救我离开死亡之门，
14 我好在锡安的城门口称颂你，
因你的拯救而欢乐。
15 列邦挖了陷阱却自陷其中，
设下网罗却缠住自己的脚。
16 耶和华彰显了自己的公义，
使恶人自食其果。（细拉）
17 恶人必下阴间，这是所有忘记上帝之人的结局。
18 贫乏人不会永远被遗忘，

Celebration of God’s Justice
For the choir director: according to Muth-labben.[a] A Davidic psalm.
1 I will thank Yahweh with all my heart;
I will declare all Your wonderful works.(A)
2 I will rejoice and boast about You;(B)
I will sing about Your name, Most High.(C)
3 When my enemies retreat,
they stumble and perish before You.(D)
4 For You have upheld my just cause;[b](E)
You are seated on Your throne as a righteous judge.(F)
5 You have rebuked the nations:(G)
You have destroyed the wicked;(H)
You have erased their name forever and ever.(I)
6 The enemy has come to eternal ruin;
You have uprooted the cities,
and the very memory of them has perished.(J)
7 But the Lord sits enthroned forever;(K)
He has established His throne for judgment.(L)
8 He judges the world with righteousness;
He executes judgment on the nations with fairness.(M)
9 The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
a refuge in times of trouble.(N)
10 Those who know Your name trust in You
because You have not abandoned
those who seek You, Yahweh.(O)
11 Sing to the Lord, who dwells in Zion;(P)
proclaim His deeds among the nations.(Q)
12 For the One who seeks an accounting
for bloodshed remembers them;(R)
He does not forget the cry of the afflicted.(S)
13 Be gracious to me, Lord;
consider my affliction at the hands of those who hate me.(T)
Lift me up from the gates of death,(U)
14 so that I may declare all Your praises.
I will rejoice in Your salvation(V)
within the gates of Daughter Zion.
15 The nations have fallen into the pit they made;
their foot is caught in the net they have concealed.(W)
16 The Lord has revealed Himself;
He has executed justice,(X)
striking down[c] the wicked[d]
by the work of their hands.(Y)
17 The wicked will return to Sheol(Z)—
all the nations that forget God.(AA)
18 For the oppressed will not always be forgotten;
the hope of the afflicted[e] will not perish forever.(AB)
19 Rise up, Lord! Do not let man prevail;
let the nations be judged in Your presence.(AC)
20 Put terror in them, Lord;(AD)

9 1 After he had given thanks to God for the sundry victories that he had sent him against his enemies, and also proved by manifold experience, how ready God was at hand in all his troubles. 14 He being now likewise in danger of new enemies, desireth God to help him according to his wont, 17 and to destroy the malicious arrogance of his adversaries.
To him that excelleth upon [a]Muth Labben. A Psalm of David.
1 I will praise the Lord with my [b]whole heart: I will speak of all thy marvelous works.
2 I will be glad, and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy Name, O most High.
3 For that mine enemies are turned back: they shall fall and perish at thy presence.
4 For [c]thou hast maintained my right and my cause: thou art set in the throne, and judgest right.
5 Thou hast rebuked the heathen: thou hast destroyed the wicked: thou hast put out their name forever and ever.
6 [d]O enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end, and thou hast destroyed the cities: their memorial is perished with them.
7 But the Lord [e]shall sit forever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment.
8 For he shall judge the world in righteousness, and shall judge the people with equity.
9 The Lord also will be a refuge for the [f]poor, a refuge in due time, even in affliction.
10 And they that know thy Name, will trust in thee: for thou, Lord, hast not failed them that seek thee.
11 Sing praises to the Lord, which dwelleth in Zion: show the people his works.
12 For [g]when he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth it, and forgetteth not the complaint of the poor.
13 Have mercy upon me, O Lord: consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death,
14 That I may show all thy praises within the [h]gates of the daughter of Zion, and rejoice in thy salvation.
15 The heathen are [i]sunken down in the pit that they made: in the net that they hid, is their foot taken.
16 [j]The Lord is known by executing judgment: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands, [k]Higgaion. Selah.
17 The wicked shall turn into hell, and all nations that forget God.
18 For the poor shall not be always forgotten: the hope [l]of the afflicted shall not perish forever.
19 Up Lord: let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight.
20 Put them in fear, O Lord, that the heathen may know that they are but [m]men. Selah.
