求上帝眷顾
可拉后裔的诗，就是以斯拉人希幔的训诲诗，交给乐长，调用“麻哈拉利暗俄”[a]。
88 耶和华，拯救我的上帝啊，
我昼夜不停地呼求你。
2 求你垂听我的祷告，
倾听我的呼求。
3 我饱经患难，
生命在死亡的边缘。
4 我被列在下坟墓的人中，
我的精力耗尽。
5 我被扔在死人中，
如同被杀的人躺在坟墓里，
被你遗忘，不再蒙你眷顾。
6 你已经把我扔在漆黑的深渊。
7 你的烈怒重重地压着我，
如汹涌波涛把我淹没。（细拉）
8 你使我众叛亲离，遭人唾弃。
我陷入困境，无路可逃。
9 我的眼睛因哭泣而视力模糊。
耶和华啊，我天天呼求你，
举手向你呼求。
10 你要行神迹给死人看吗？
死人会起来赞美你吗？（细拉）
11 坟墓里的死人怎能宣扬你的慈爱呢？
灭亡的人怎能传扬你的信实呢？
12 黑暗之地有谁知道你的神迹呢？
在被遗忘之地有谁知道你的公义作为呢？
13 耶和华啊，我向你呼求，
我在清晨向你祷告。
14 耶和华啊，你为何弃绝我？
为何掩面不理我？
15 我从小受苦，几乎丧命。
你使我惊恐不已，陷入绝望。
16 你的烈怒吞噬了我，
你可怕的攻击毁灭了我。
17 这些灾难如洪涛整天环绕我，
彻底围住我。
18 你使我的亲朋好友离我而去，
只有黑暗与我相伴。

King James Version
88 O lord God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee:
2 Let my prayer come before thee: incline thine ear unto my cry;
3 For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave.
4 I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength:
5 Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand.
6 Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps.
7 Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and thou hast afflicted me with all thy waves. Selah.
8 Thou hast put away mine acquaintance far from me; thou hast made me an abomination unto them: I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.
9 Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: Lord, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee.
10 Wilt thou shew wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise and praise thee? Selah.
11 Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? or thy faithfulness in destruction?
12 Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
13 But unto thee have I cried, O Lord; and in the morning shall my prayer prevent thee.
14 Lord, why castest thou off my soul? why hidest thou thy face from me?
15 I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up: while I suffer thy terrors I am distracted.
16 Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off.
17 They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about together.
18 Lover and friend hast thou put far from me, and mine acquaintance into darkness.

1 耶和華拯救我的神啊，我晝夜在你面前呼籲。
2 願我的禱告達到你面前，求你側耳聽我的呼求。
3 因為我心裡滿了患難，我的性命臨近陰間。
4 我算和下坑的人同列，如同無力[a]的人一樣。
5 我被丟在死人中，好像被殺的人躺在墳墓裡，他們是你不再記念的，與你隔絕了。
6 你把我放在極深的坑裡，在黑暗地方，在深處。
7 你的憤怒重壓我身，你用一切的波浪困住我。（細拉）
8 你把我所認識的隔在遠處，使我為他們所憎惡。我被拘困，不得出來。
9 我的眼睛因困苦而乾癟。耶和華啊，我天天求告你，向你舉手。
10 你豈要行奇事給死人看嗎？難道陰魂還能起來稱讚你嗎？（細拉）
11 豈能在墳墓裡述說你的慈愛嗎？豈能在滅亡中述說你的信實嗎？
12 你的奇事豈能在幽暗裡被知道嗎？你的公義豈能在忘記之地被知道嗎？
13 耶和華啊，我呼求你，我早晨的禱告要達到你面前。
14 耶和華啊，你為何丟棄我？為何掩面不顧我？
15 我自幼受苦，幾乎死亡；我受你的驚恐，甚至慌張。
16 你的烈怒漫過我身，你的驚嚇把我剪除。
17 這些終日如水環繞我，一齊都來圍困我。
18 你把我的良朋密友隔在遠處，使我所認識的人進入黑暗裡。
