¹⁵但主啊，
你是有憐憫和恩典的上帝，
不輕易發怒，充滿慈愛，
無比信實。
¹⁶求你垂顧我，憐憫我，
賜力量給你的僕人，
拯救你婢女的兒子。
¹⁷求你賜下恩待我的憑據，
使那些恨我的人見狀就抱愧蒙羞，
因為你耶和華幫助我、安慰我。

¹⁵But you, Lord, are a compassionate and gracious^(A) God,
    slow to anger,^(B) abounding^(C) in love and faithfulness.^(D)
¹⁶Turn to me^(E) and have mercy^(F) on me;
    show your strength^(G) in behalf of your servant;
save me, because I serve you
    just as my mother did.^(H)
¹⁷Give me a sign^(I) of your goodness,
    that my enemies may see it and be put to shame,
    for you, Lord, have helped me and comforted me.
