63 大卫在犹大旷野的时候，作了这诗。
1 神啊，你是我的神，我要切切地寻求你！在干旱疲乏无水之地，我渴想你，我的心切慕你。
2 我在圣所中曾如此瞻仰你，为要见你的能力和你的荣耀。
3 因你的慈爱比生命更好，我的嘴唇要颂赞你。
4 我还活的时候要这样称颂你，我要奉你的名举手。
5 我在床上记念你，在夜更的时候思想你，我的心就像饱足了骨髓肥油，
6 我也要以欢乐的嘴唇赞美你。
7 因为你曾帮助我，我就在你翅膀的荫下欢呼。

10 他们必被刀剑所杀，被野狗所吃。

求主保护脱离暗中之敌

1 神啊，我哀叹的时候，求你听我的声音。求你保护我的性命，不受仇敌的惊恐。
2 求你把我隐藏，使我脱离作恶之人的暗谋和作孽之人的扰乱。
3 他们磨舌如刀，发出苦毒的言语，好像比准了的箭，
4 要在暗地射完全人。他们忽然射他，并不惧怕。
5 他们彼此勉励设下恶计，他们商量暗设网罗，说：“谁能看见？”
6 他们图谋奸恶，说：“我们是极力图谋的！”他们各人的意念心思是深的。
7 但神要射他们，他们忽然被箭射伤。
8 他们必然绊跌，被自己的舌头所害，凡看见他们的必都摇头。
9 众人都要害怕，要传扬神的工作，并且明白他的作为。
10 义人必因耶和华欢喜，并要投靠他。凡心里正直的人，都要夸口。

1 神啊，锡安的人都等候赞美你，所许的愿也要向你偿还。
2 听祷告的主啊，凡有血气的都要来就你。
3 罪孽胜了我，至于我们的过犯，你都要赦免。
4 你所拣选使他亲近你，住在你院中的，这人便为有福！我们必因你居所，你圣殿的美福知足了。
5 拯救我们的神啊，你必以威严秉公义应允我们，你本是一切地极和海上远处的人所倚靠的。
6 他既以大能束腰，就用力量安定诸山，
7 使诸海的响声和其中波浪的响声，并万民的喧哗，都平静了。
8 住在地极的人因你的神迹惧怕，你使日出日落之地都欢呼。

9 你眷顾地，降下透雨，使地大得肥美；神的河满了水。你这样浇灌了地，好为人预备五谷。

我的心渴慕你，渴慕你！
2 我曾在你的圣所瞻仰你的荣面，
目睹你的权能和荣耀。
3 你的慈爱比生命更宝贵，
我的嘴唇要赞美你。
4 我一生都要赞美你，
奉你的名举手祷告。
5 我心满意足，如享盛宴，
唱起欢快的歌赞美你。
6 我躺在床上的时候思念你，
整夜地思想你。
7 因为你是我的帮助，
我在你翅膀的荫庇下欢歌。
8 我的心依恋你，
你的右手扶持我。
9 那些图谋毁灭我的人必下到阴间。
10 他们必丧身刀下，
成为豺狼的食物。

暗箭伤害纯全无过的人。
他们突然袭击，毫无顾忌。
5 他们狼狈为奸，
商量暗设网罗，
以为谁也看不见。
6 他们图谋不义之事，
认为策划得无懈可击。
人心真是狡猾。
7 但上帝必用箭射他们，

看见的人都嘲笑他们。

1 You, God, are my God,
earnestly I seek you;
I thirst for you,(A)
my whole being longs for you,
in a dry and parched land
where there is no water.(B)
2 I have seen you in the sanctuary(C)
and beheld your power and your glory.(D)
3 Because your love is better than life,(E)
my lips will glorify you.
4 I will praise you as long as I live,(F)
and in your name I will lift up my hands.(G)
5 I will be fully satisfied as with the richest of foods;(H)
with singing lips my mouth will praise you.
6 On my bed I remember you;
I think of you through the watches of the night.(I)
7 Because you are my help,(J)
I sing in the shadow of your wings.(K)
8 I cling to you;(L)
your right hand upholds me.(M)
9 Those who want to kill me will be destroyed;(N)
they will go down to the depths of the earth.(O)
10 They will be given over to the sword(P)

11 But the king will rejoice in God;

2 Hide me from the conspiracy(V) of the wicked,(W)
from the plots of evildoers.
3 They sharpen their tongues like swords(X)
and aim cruel words like deadly arrows.(Y)
4 They shoot from ambush at the innocent;(Z)
they shoot suddenly, without fear.(AA)
5 They encourage each other in evil plans,
they talk about hiding their snares;(AB)
they say, “Who will see it[c]?”(AC)
6 They plot injustice and say,
“We have devised a perfect plan!”
Surely the human mind and heart are cunning.
7 But God will shoot them with his arrows;
they will suddenly be struck down.
8 He will turn their own tongues against them(AD)
and bring them to ruin;
all who see them will shake their heads(AE) in scorn.(AF)
9 All people will fear;(AG)
they will proclaim the works of God
and ponder what he has done.(AH)
10 The righteous will rejoice in the Lord(AI)
and take refuge in him;(AJ)
all the upright in heart will glory in him!(AK)

1 Praise awaits[e] you, our God, in Zion;(AL)
to you our vows will be fulfilled.(AM)
2 You who answer prayer,
to you all people will come.(AN)
3 When we were overwhelmed by sins,(AO)
you forgave[f] our transgressions.(AP)
4 Blessed are those you choose(AQ)
and bring near(AR) to live in your courts!
We are filled with the good things of your house,(AS)
of your holy temple.
5 You answer us with awesome and righteous deeds,(AT)
God our Savior,(AU)
the hope of all the ends of the earth(AV)
and of the farthest seas,(AW)
6 who formed the mountains(AX) by your power,
having armed yourself with strength,(AY)
7 who stilled the roaring of the seas,(AZ)
the roaring of their waves,

The streams of God are filled with water
to provide the people with grain,(BE)

10 You drench its furrows and level its ridges;

6 这样，怎么说呢？我们可以仍在罪中，叫恩典显多吗？ 2 断乎不可！我们在罪上死了的人，岂可仍在罪中活着呢？ 3 岂不知我们这受洗归入基督耶稣的人，是受洗归入他的死吗？ 4 所以，我们借着洗礼归入死，和他一同埋葬，原是叫我们一举一动有新生的样式，像基督借着父的荣耀从死里复活一样。 5 我们若在他死的形状上与他联合，也要在他复活的形状上与他联合。 6 因为知道，我们的旧人和他同钉十字架，使罪身灭绝，叫我们不再做罪的奴仆， 7 因为已死的人是脱离了罪。 8 我们若是与基督同死，就信必与他同活。 9 因为知道，基督既从死里复活，就不再死，死也不再做他的主了。 10 他死是向罪死了，只有一次；他活是向神活着。 11 这样，你们向罪也当看自己是死的；向神，在基督耶稣里，却当看自己是活的。

与基督同死同活
6 那么，我们该怎么说呢？我们可以继续犯罪，使恩典显得更丰富吗？ 2 绝不可以！我们既然向罪死了，岂可继续活在罪中？ 3 难道你们不知道，我们受洗归属基督耶稣是和祂一同死吗？ 4 我们借着洗礼和祂一同死了，埋葬了，这样我们的一举一动可以有新生命的样式，正如基督借着父的荣耀从死里复活一样。
5 如果我们和基督一同死了，也必和祂一同复活。 6 我们知道，我们的旧人已经和祂一同钉在十字架上，使辖制我们身体的罪失去力量，使我们不再做罪的奴隶。 7 因为人一旦死了，便脱离了罪。
8 如果我们与基督同死，相信也必与祂同活。 9 因为我们知道，基督既然从死里复活了，就不会再死，死亡也不能再控制祂。 10 祂死，是向罪死，只死一次；祂活，却是向上帝永远活着。 11 这样，你们应当看自己是向罪死了，但向上帝则看自己是活在基督耶稣里。

做义的奴仆
15 那么，我们在恩典之中，不在律法之下，就可以任意犯罪吗？绝不可以！ 16 你们难道不明白吗？你们献身给谁、服从谁，就是谁的奴隶。做罪的奴隶，结局是死亡；做上帝的奴仆，就被称为义人。 17 感谢上帝！你们从前虽然做过罪的奴隶，现在却衷心服从了所传给你们的教导， 18 从罪中得到释放，成为义的奴仆。
19 因为你们有人性的软弱，我就从人的立场向你们解释。以前你们将身体献给肮脏不法的事，任其奴役，助长不法。现在你们要将身体奉献给义，为义效劳，成为圣洁的人。 20 你们做罪的奴隶时，不受义的约束， 21 做了现在想起来也觉得羞耻的事，得到了什么益处呢？那些事只能导致死亡！ 22 但现在你们已从罪中得到释放，做了上帝的奴仆，这样会使你们圣洁，最终得到永生。 23 因为罪的代价就是死亡，而上帝借着主基督耶稣赐下的礼物则是永生。

Dead to Sin, Alive in Christ
6 What shall we say, then?(A) Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase?(B) 2 By no means! We are those who have died to sin;(C) how can we live in it any longer? 3 Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized(D) into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death(E) in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead(F) through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.(G)
5 For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his.(H) 6 For we know that our old self(I) was crucified with him(J) so that the body ruled by sin(K) might be done away with,[a] that we should no longer be slaves to sin(L)— 7 because anyone who has died has been set free from sin.(M)
8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him.(N) 9 For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead,(O) he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him.(P) 10 The death he died, he died to sin(Q) once for all;(R) but the life he lives, he lives to God.
11 In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin(S) but alive to God in Christ Jesus. 12 Therefore do not let sin reign(T) in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. 13 Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness,(U) but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness.(V) 14 For sin shall no longer be your master,(W) because you are not under the law,(X) but under grace.(Y)
Slaves to Righteousness
15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace?(Z) By no means! 16 Don’t you know that when you offer yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one you obey(AA)—whether you are slaves to sin,(AB) which leads to death,(AC) or to obedience, which leads to righteousness? 17 But thanks be to God(AD) that, though you used to be slaves to sin,(AE) you have come to obey from your heart the pattern of teaching(AF) that has now claimed your allegiance. 18 You have been set free from sin(AG) and have become slaves to righteousness.(AH)
19 I am using an example from everyday life(AI) because of your human limitations. Just as you used to offer yourselves as slaves to impurity and to ever-increasing wickedness, so now offer yourselves as slaves to righteousness(AJ) leading to holiness. 20 When you were slaves to sin,(AK) you were free from the control of righteousness.(AL) 21 What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death!(AM) 22 But now that you have been set free from sin(AN) and have become slaves of God,(AO) the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.(AP) 23 For the wages of sin is death,(AQ) but the gift of God is eternal life(AR) in[b] Christ Jesus our Lord.
