祈求 神帮助战胜敌人(A)
大卫的金诗，交给诗班长，调用“见证的百合花”，为教导用的，是在大卫与两河之间的亚兰，和琐巴的亚兰争战以后，并在约押归回，在盐谷中击杀了一万二千以东人以后作的。（本篇细字标题在《马索拉文本》为60:1~2）
60 神啊！你丢弃了我们，击碎了我们；
你曾向我们发怒，现在求你复兴我们。
2 你使地震动、崩裂，
求你修补裂缝，
因为地正在摇动。
3 你使你的子民遇见艰苦；
你使我们喝那令人东倒西歪的酒。
4 你为敬畏你的人，竖起旗帜，
使他们可以逃到那里，躲避敌人的弓箭。（“使他们可以逃到那里，躲避敌人的弓箭”或译：“可以为真理扬起来”）。（细拉）
5 求你用右手拯救我们，应允我们，
好使你所喜爱的人得拯救。
6 神在自己的圣所（“ 神在自己的圣所”或译：“ 神指着自己的圣洁”）说：
“我必夸胜，
我必分开示剑，
我必量度疏割谷。
7 基列是我的，玛拿西是我的；
以法莲是我的头盔；
犹大是我的权杖。
8 摩押是我的洗脚盆；
我要向以东拋鞋；
我要因战胜非利士欢呼（按照《马索拉文本》，本句应作“非利士啊，你要因我的缘故欢呼”；现参照叙利亚抄本翻译）。”
9 谁能带我进坚固城？
谁能领我到以东地去呢？
10 神啊！你不是把我们丢弃了吗？

11 求你帮助我们抵挡敌人，
因为人的援助是没有用的。

60 上帝啊，
你遺棄了我們，
使我們一敗塗地；
你曾向我們發怒，
求你現在復興我們。
2 你震動大地，將它撕裂。
求你修補裂口，
因為它要塌陷了。
3 你叫我們——你的子民吃盡苦頭，
喝了令我們東倒西歪的苦酒。
4 但你賜給敬畏你的人旗幟，
可以擋住箭羽[a]。（細拉）
5 求你應允我們的禱告，
伸出右手幫助我們，
使你所愛的人獲救。
6 上帝在祂的聖所說：
「我要歡然劃分示劍，
丈量疏割谷。
7 基列是我的，
瑪拿西也是我的，
以法蓮是我的頭盔，
猶大是我的權杖。
8 摩押是我的洗腳盆，
我要把鞋扔給以東，
我要在非利士高唱凱歌。」
9 誰能帶我進入堅固的城池？
誰能領我到以東？

60 Oh Dios, tú nos has rechazado(A), nos has quebrantado(B),
te has airado(C). Restáuranos, oh Dios(D).
2 Has hecho temblar la tierra(E), la has hendido;
sana sus hendiduras(F), porque se tambalea.
3 Cosas duras has hecho ver a tu pueblo(G);
nos has dado a beber vino embriagador[c](H).
4 Has dado un estandarte(I) a los que te temen,
para que sea alzado por causa de la verdad. (Selah[d])
5 (J)Para que sean librados tus amados(K),
salva con tu diestra(L), y respóndeme[e].
6 Dios ha hablado en su santuario[f](M):
Me alegraré, repartiré a Siquem(N),
y mediré el valle de Sucot(O).
7 Mío es Galaad(P), mío es Manasés,
Efraín(Q) es el yelmo[g] de mi cabeza,
Judá es mi cetro[h](R).
8 Moab(S) es la vasija en que me lavo;
sobre Edom(T) arrojaré mi calzado;
clama a gritos, oh Filistea(U), a causa de mí.

Living Bible
60 Written by David at the time he was at war with Syria, with the outcome still uncertain; this was when Joab, captain of his forces, slaughtered twelve thousand men of Edom in Salt Valley.
O God, you have rejected us and broken our defenses; you have become angry and deserted us. Lord, restore us again to your favor. 2 You have caused this nation to tremble in fear; you have torn it apart. Lord, heal it now, for it is shaken to its depths. 3 You have been very hard on us and made us reel beneath your blows.
4-5 But you have given us a banner to rally to; all who love truth will rally to it;[a] then you can deliver your beloved people. Use your strong right arm to rescue us. 6-7 God has promised to help us. He has vowed it by his holiness! No wonder I exult! “Shechem, Succoth, Gilead, Manasseh—still are mine!” he says. “Judah shall continue to produce kings, and Ephraim great warriors. 8 Moab shall become my lowly servant, and Edom my slave. And I will shout in triumph over the Philistines.”
9-10 Who will bring me in triumph into Edom’s strong cities? God will! He who cast us off! He who abandoned us to our foes! 11 Yes, Lord, help us against our enemies, for man’s help is useless.
12 With God’s help we shall do mighty things, for he will trample down our foes.
