求助的早祷

大卫逃避儿子押沙龙时作的诗。

耶和华啊,我的敌人何其多!
反对我的人何其多!
他们都说上帝不会来救我。(细拉)[a]

可是,耶和华啊!
你是四面保护我的盾牌,
你赐我荣耀,使我昂首而立。
我向耶和华呼求,
祂就从祂的圣山上回应我。(细拉)
我躺下,我睡觉,我醒来,
都蒙耶和华看顾。
我虽被千万仇敌围困,
也不会惧怕。
耶和华啊,求你起来!
我的上帝啊,求你救我!
求你掴我一切仇敌的脸,
打碎恶人的牙齿。
耶和华啊,你是拯救者,
愿你赐福你的子民!(细拉)

Un psalm al lui David, compus pe vremea când fugea dinaintea fiului său Absalom.[a]

Doamne, ce mulţi îmi sunt duşmanii!
    Mulţi sunt cei ce se ridică împotriva mea!
Mulţi grăiesc sufletului meu:
    „Nici Dumnezeu nu-l mai scapă!“Sela[b]
Dar Tu, Doamne, îmi eşti scut!
    Tu eşti slava mea, eşti Acela Care îmi ridici capul!
Cu glasul meu am strigat către Domnul,
    şi El mi-a răspuns din muntele Lui cel sfânt.Sela
Eu mă culc, adorm şi mă trezesc iarăşi,
    căci Domnul mă sprijină.
Nu mă tem de puhoiul de popoare
    care se ridică împotriva mea din toate părţile.
Ridică-Te, Doamne!
    Izbăveşte-mă, Dumnezeul meu!
Tu-i loveşti peste obraz pe toţi duşmanii mei
    şi zdrobeşti dinţii celor răi.

A Domnului este izbăvirea!
    Fie binecuvântarea Ta peste poporul Tău!Sela

Lord, how they have increased who trouble me!
Many are they who rise up against me.
Many are they who say of me,
There is no help for him in God.” Selah

But You, O Lord, are (B)a shield [a]for me,
My glory and (C)the One who lifts up my head.
I cried to the Lord with my voice,
And (D)He heard me from His (E)holy hill. Selah

(F)I lay down and slept;
I awoke, for the Lord sustained me.
(G)I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people
Who have set themselves against me all around.

Arise, O Lord;
Save me, O my God!
(H)For You have struck all my enemies on the cheekbone;
You have broken the teeth of the ungodly.
(I)Salvation belongs to the Lord.
Your blessing is upon Your people. Selah
