⁵ I lie down and sleep;^(A)
    I wake again,^(B) because the Lord sustains me.

    assail me on every side.^(D)

⁷ Arise,^(E) Lord!
    Deliver me,^(F) my God!
Strike^(G) all my enemies on the jaw;
    break the teeth^(H) of the wicked.
