仰望耶和华求其矜悯
123 上行之诗。
1 坐在天上的主啊，我向你举目！
2 看哪，仆人的眼睛怎样望主人的手，使女的眼睛怎样望主母的手，我们的眼睛也照样望耶和华我们的神，直到他怜悯我们。
3 耶和华啊，求你怜悯我们，怜悯我们！因为我们被藐视，已到极处。
4 我们被那些安逸人的讥诮和骄傲人的藐视已到极处。
因免敌害感颂主恩
124 大卫上行之诗。
1 以色列人要说：“若不是耶和华帮助我们，
2 若不是耶和华帮助我们，当人起来攻击我们，
3 向我们发怒的时候，就把我们活活地吞了。
4 那时波涛必漫过我们，河水必淹没我们，
5 狂傲的水必淹没我们。”
6 耶和华是应当称颂的！他没有把我们当野食交给他们吞吃[a]。
7 我们好像雀鸟从捕鸟人的网罗里逃脱，网罗破裂，我们逃脱了。
8 我们得帮助，是在乎倚靠造天地之耶和华的名。
耶和华环卫其民
125 上行之诗。
1 倚靠耶和华的人好像锡安山，永不动摇。
2 众山怎样围绕耶路撒冷，耶和华也照样围绕他的百姓，从今时直到永远。
3 恶人的杖不常落在义人的份上，免得义人伸手作恶。
4 耶和华啊，求你善待那些为善和心里正直的人。
5 至于那偏行弯曲道路的人，耶和华必使他和作恶的人一同出去受刑。愿平安归于以色列！

123 在天上做王的耶和华啊！
我仰望你。
2 我们要仰望我们的上帝耶和华，
如同仆人仰望主人、婢女仰望主母，
一直到蒙祂怜悯。
3 耶和华啊，
求你怜悯我们，求你怜悯我们，
因为我们饱受鄙视。
4 我们饱受富足人的嘲弄、骄傲人的鄙视。

124 以色列人要说：
若不是耶和华帮助我们，
2 若不是耶和华帮助我们，
仇敌起来攻击我们、
3 向我们发怒的时候，
我们早已被他们生吞，
4 被狂涛淹没，被洪流卷走，
5 被怒海吞噬。
6 耶和华当受称颂！
祂没有让我们像猎物一样被敌人撕咬。
7 我们像鸟一样逃出了猎人的网罗。
网罗破裂，我们逃了出去。
8 我们的帮助来自创造天地的耶和华。

125 信靠耶和华的人就像锡安山永不动摇。
2 群山怎样环绕耶路撒冷，

善待心地正直的人。

Psalm 123
1 A Song of Ascents.
To You I lift up my eyes—
You enthroned in the heavens.
2 Behold, as the eyes of slaves to the hand of their master,
as the eyes of a slave-girl to the hand of her mistress—
so our eyes look to Adonai our God, till He shows us favor.
3 Show us favor, Adonai, show us favor!
For we have endured much contempt.
4 Our soul has had enough
of the scorn of those at ease,
the contempt of the proud.
Had He Not Been on Our Side
Psalm 124
1 A Song of Ascents. Of David.
“Had Adonai not been on our side”
—let Israel now say—
2 “Had Adonai not been on our side,
when men rose up against us,
3 then they would have swallowed us alive,
when their wrath burned against us.
4 Then the waters would have engulfed us,
the torrent would have swept over our soul,
5 then the raging waters
would have swept over our soul.”
6 Blessed be Adonai, who has not given us
as prey for their teeth.
7 Our soul has escaped like a bird
out of the snare of the trappers—
the snare is broken, and we escaped!
8 Our help is in the Name of Adonai,
Maker of heaven and earth.
Like the Mountains Around Jerusalem
Psalm 125
1 A Song of Ascents.
Those who trust in Adonai are like Mount Zion—
it cannot be moved, but endures forever.
2 As the mountains are around Jerusalem,
so Adonai is all around His people,
both now and forever.
3 For a scepter of wickedness will not rest
over the land of the righteous—
lest the righteous set their hands to evil.
4 Do good, Adonai, to the good,
and to those upright in their hearts.
5 But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways,
Adonai will lead them away with evildoers.

10 弟兄们，我不愿意你们不晓得：我们的祖宗从前都在云下，都从海中经过， 2 都在云里、海里受洗归了摩西， 3 并且都吃了一样的灵食， 4 也都喝了一样的灵水；所喝的是出于随着他们的灵磐石，那磐石就是基督。 5 但他们中间多半是神不喜欢的人，所以在旷野倒毙。 6 这些事都是我们的鉴戒，叫我们不要贪恋恶事，像他们那样贪恋的。 7 也不要拜偶像，像他们有人拜的，如经上所记：“百姓坐下吃喝，起来玩耍。” 8 我们也不要行奸淫，像他们有人行的，一天就倒毙了二万三千人。 9 也不要试探主[a]，像他们有人试探的，就被蛇所灭。 10 你们也不要发怨言，像他们有发怨言的，就被灭命的所灭。 11 他们遭遇这些事都要作为鉴戒，并且写在经上正是警戒我们这末世的人。 12 所以，自己以为站得稳的须要谨慎，免得跌倒。 13 你们所遇见的试探，无非是人所能受的。神是信实的，必不叫你们受试探过于所能受的，在受试探的时候，总要给你们开一条出路，叫你们能忍受得住。
当逃避拜偶像的事
14 我所亲爱的弟兄啊，你们要逃避拜偶像的事。 15 我好像对明白人说的，你们要审察我的话。 16 我们所祝福的杯，岂不是同领基督的血吗？我们所掰开的饼，岂不是同领基督的身体吗？ 17 我们虽多，仍是一个饼、一个身体，因为我们都是分受这一个饼。 18 你们看属肉体的以色列人，那吃祭物的岂不是在祭坛上有份吗？

6 如今这些事正好警戒我们，叫我们不要像他们那样贪恋罪恶， 7 也不要像他们当中的人那样去祭拜偶像，正如圣经上说：“百姓坐下吃喝，起来狂欢。” 8 我们也不要淫乱，像他们当中的人那样，结果一天就死了两万三千人。 9 也不要试探主，像他们当中的人那样，结果被蛇咬死了。 10 也不要发怨言，像他们当中的人那样，结果被灭命的天使毁灭了。 11 发生在他们身上的这些事都是鉴戒，之所以记录下来是为了警戒我们这活在末世的人。 12 所以，自以为站得稳的人要小心，免得跌倒。
13 你们遇见的诱惑无非是人们常见的。上帝是信实的，祂绝不会让你们遇见无法抵挡的诱惑，祂必为你们开一条出路，使你们经得住诱惑。
切勿祭拜偶像
14 所以，我亲爱的弟兄姊妹，你们要远避祭拜偶像的事。 15 你们都是明白事理的人，可以判断我说的对不对。 16 领圣餐时，我们为那福杯献上感谢，这不表示我们有份于基督的血吗？我们吃掰开的饼，这不表示我们有份于基督的身体吗？ 17 我们人数虽多，却同属一个身体，因为我们同享一个饼。
18 你们看以色列人[a]，那些吃祭物的难道不是有份于祭坛吗？

10 For I do not want you to be ignorant, brothers and sisters, that our fathers were all under the cloud and all passed through the sea. [a] 2 They all were immersed into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. 3 And all ate the same spiritual food, 4 and all drank the same spiritual drink—for they were drinking from a spiritual rock that followed them, and the Rock was Messiah. [b] 5 Nevertheless, God was not pleased with most of them, for they were struck down in the desert.[c]
6 Now these things happened as examples for us, so we wouldn’t crave evil things, just as they did. [d] 7 Do not be idolaters, as some of them were. As it is written, “The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.” [e] 8 And let’s not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did—and in one day 23,000 fell. [f] 9 And let’s not test the Lord, as some of them did—and were destroyed by serpents. [g] 10 And let’s not grumble, as some of them did—and were destroyed by the destroying angel. [h] 11 Now these things happened to them as an example, and it was written down as a warning to us—on whom the ends of the ages have come. 12 Therefore let the one who thinks that he stands watch out that he doesn’t fall. 13 No temptation has taken hold of you except what is common to mankind. But God is faithful—He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can handle. But with the temptation He will also provide a way of escape, so you will be able to endure it.
Feast with the Lord—Not with Idols
14 Therefore, my dearly loved ones, flee from idolatry. 15 I speak as to sensible people—judge for yourselves what I say. 16 The cup of blessing that we bless—isn’t it a sharing of Messiah’s blood? The bread which we break—isn’t it a sharing of Messiah’s body? 17 Since there is one bread, we who are many are one body—for we all partake of the one bread. 18 Consider physical Israel. Those who eat the sacrifices—aren’t they partners in the altar?[i]
