121 我举目观看群山，
我的帮助从哪里来？
²我的帮助来自创造天地的耶和华。
³祂必不让你滑倒，
保护你的不会打盹。
⁴保护以色列的不打盹也不睡觉。
⁵耶和华保护你，
在你身边荫庇你。
⁶白天太阳不会伤你，
夜间月亮不会害你。
⁷耶和华必使你免受灾害，
保护你的性命。
⁸不论你出或入，
耶和华都会保护你，从现在直到永远。

121 I will ^(A)lift up my eyes to ^(B)the mountains;
From where shall my help come?
²My ^(C)help comes from the Lord,
Who ^(D)made heaven and earth.
³He will not ^(E)allow your foot to slip;
He who ^(F)keeps you will not slumber.
⁴Behold, He who keeps Israel
Will neither slumber nor sleep.

⁵The Lord is your ^(G)keeper;
The Lord is your ^(H)shade on your right hand.
⁶The ^(I)sun will not smite you by day,
Nor the moon by night.
⁷The Lord will ^[a]^(J)protect you from all evil;
He will keep your soul.
⁸The Lord will ^[b]^(K)guard your going out and your coming in
