献上自己当作活祭

12 所以弟兄们，我凭着　神的仁慈劝你们，要把身体献上，作圣洁而蒙　神悦纳的活祭；这是你们理所当然的事奉（“理所当然的事奉”或译：“属灵的敬拜”）。 ²不要模仿这个世代，倒要借着心意的更新而改变过来，使你们可以察验出甚么是　神的旨意，就是察验出甚么是美好的、蒙他悦纳的和完全的事。

信徒行事为人的准则

³我凭着所赐给我的恩典，对你们各人说，不可自视太高，高于所当看的，反而应该照着　神分给各人信心的大小，看得适中。 ⁴就像一个身体有许多肢体，各肢体都有不同的功用； ⁵照样，我们大家在基督里成为一个身体，也是互相作肢体。 ⁶照着所赐给我们的恩典，我们各有不同的恩赐：说预言的，就应当照着信心的程度去说； ⁷服事人的，就应当照着恩赐去服事；教导的，就应当照着恩赐教导； ⁸劝慰的，就应当照着恩赐劝慰；把财物分给人的要真诚；领导的要殷勤；行善的要乐意。

⁹爱，不可虚伪；恶，要厌恶；善，要持守。 ¹⁰要以手足之爱彼此相亲，用恭敬的心互相礼让。 ¹¹殷勤不可懒惰，心灵要火热，常常服事主； ¹²在盼望中要喜乐，在患难中要坚忍，祷告要恒切。 ¹³圣徒有缺乏的，就要接济；客旅要热诚地款待。 ¹⁴迫害你们的，要为他们祝福；只可祝福，不可咒诅。 ¹⁵要与喜乐的人一同喜乐，与哀哭的人一同哀哭。 ¹⁶要彼此同心，不可心高气傲，倒要俯就卑微的。不可自以为聪明。 ¹⁷不可以恶报恶。大家以为美的事，要努力去作。 ¹⁸可能的话，总要尽你们的所能与人和睦。 ¹⁹亲爱的啊，不要为自己伸冤，宁可等候主的忿怒，因为经上记着，主说：“伸冤在我，我必报应。” ²⁰相反地，“如果你的仇敌饿了，就给他吃；如果渴了，就给他喝。因为你这样作，就是把炭火堆在他的头上。” ²¹不可被恶所胜，反要以善胜恶。

12 所以，弟兄姊妹，我憑上帝的憐憫勸你們獻上自己的身體，作聖潔、蒙上帝悅納的活祭。你們理當這樣事奉。 ²你們不可追隨世界的潮流，要隨著思想的不斷更新而改變，這樣就能明辨上帝的旨意，知道什麼是良善、純全、蒙祂悅納的。

³我憑上帝賜給我的恩典勸告各位，不要自視過高，要照著上帝賜給各人的信心中肯地看待自己。 ⁴就像我們身體的各部分有不同的功能， ⁵我們眾人在基督裡組成一個身體，彼此聯結，息息相關。 ⁶我們照所得的恩典各有不同的恩賜。說預言的，要按著信心的程度說預言； ⁷服侍的，要忠心服侍；教導的，要專一教導； ⁸勸勉的，要誠心勸勉；施捨的，要慷慨施捨；治理的，要殷勤治理；憐憫的，要甘心憐憫。

相愛相顧

⁹不可虛情假意地愛人。要嫉惡如仇，一心向善。 ¹⁰要彼此相愛如同手足，互相尊重，彼此謙讓。 ¹¹要殷勤，不可懶惰，要常常火熱地事奉主。 ¹²盼望中要有喜樂，患難中要堅忍，禱告要恆切。 ¹³信徒有缺乏，要慷慨幫助；客人來訪，要熱誠款待。 ¹⁴迫害你們的，要為他們祝福；要祝福，不可咒詛。 ¹⁵要與喜樂的人同樂，與哀哭的人同哭。 ¹⁶要彼此和睦，不可心高氣傲，反要俯就卑微的人，不可自以為聰明。

¹⁷不要以惡報惡。要尊重別人，眾人都認為好的事，應該竭力去做。 ¹⁸如果可能，總要盡力與人和睦相處。 ¹⁹親愛的弟兄姊妹，不要私自報復，要讓上帝來審判，因為聖經上說：

「主說，『伸冤在我，我必報應。』」

²⁰所以，

「你的仇敵若餓了，就給他吃的；
若渴了，就給他喝的；

Living Sacrifices to God

12 I ^(A)beseech^[a] you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies ^(B)a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your ^[b]reasonable service. ²And ^(C)do not be conformed to this world, but ^(D)be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may ^(E)prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Serve God with Spiritual Gifts

³For I say, ^(F)through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, ^(G)not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt ^(H)to each one a measure of faith. ⁴For ^(I)as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, ⁵so ^(J)we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. ⁶Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is ^(K)given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us ^(L)prophesy in proportion to our faith; ⁷or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; ^(M)he who teaches, in teaching; ⁸^(N)he who exhorts, in exhortation; ^(O)he who gives, with liberality; ^(P)he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, ^(Q)with cheerfulness.

Behave Like a Christian

⁹^(R)Let love be without hypocrisy. ^(S)Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. ¹⁰^(T)Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, ^(U)in honor giving preference to one another; ¹¹not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; ¹²^(V)rejoicing in hope, ^(W)patient^[c] in tribulation, ^(X)continuing steadfastly in prayer; ¹³^(Y)distributing to the needs of the saints, ^(Z)given^[d] to hospitality.

¹⁴^(AA)Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. ¹⁵^(AB)Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. ¹⁶^(AC)Be of the same mind toward one another. ^(AD)Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.

¹⁷^(AE)Repay no one evil for evil. ^(AF)Have^[e] regard for good things in the sight of all men. ¹⁸If it is possible, as much as depends on you, ^(AG)live peaceably with all men. ¹⁹Beloved, ^(AH)do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, ^(AI)“Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. ²⁰Therefore

If he is thirsty, give him a drink;
For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.”
