申命记 11

Love and Serve the Lord
11 (A)“You shall therefore love the Lord your God and (B)keep his charge, his statutes, his rules, and his commandments always. 2 And consider today (since I am not speaking to (C)your children who have not known or seen it), consider the discipline[a] of the Lord your God, (D)his greatness, (E)his mighty hand and his outstretched arm, 3 (F)his signs and his deeds that he did in Egypt to Pharaoh the king of Egypt and to all his land, 4 and what he did to the army of Egypt, to their horses and to their chariots, (G)how he made the water of the Red Sea flow over them as they pursued after you, and how the Lord has destroyed them to this day, 5 and (H)what he did to you in the wilderness, until you came to this place, 6 and (I)what he did to Dathan and Abiram the sons of Eliab, son of Reuben, how the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, with their households, their tents, and every living thing that followed them, in the midst of all Israel. 7 For your eyes have seen (J)all the great work of the Lord that he did.
8 “You shall therefore keep the whole commandment that I command you today, that you may (K)be strong, and go in and take possession of the land that you are going over to possess, 9 and (L)that you may live long in the land (M)that the Lord swore to your fathers to give to them and to their offspring, (N)a land flowing with milk and honey. 10 For the land that you are entering to take possession of it is not like the land of Egypt, from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and irrigated it,[b] like a garden of vegetables. 11 (O)But the land that you are going over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water by the rain from heaven, 12 a land that the Lord your God cares for. (P)The eyes of the Lord your God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.
13 “And if you will indeed obey my commandments that I command you today, (Q)to love the Lord your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, 14 (R)he[c] will give the rain for your land in its season, (S)the early rain and the later rain, that you may gather in your grain and your wine and your oil. 15 (T)And he will give grass in your fields for your livestock, and (U)you shall eat and be full. 16 Take care (V)lest your heart be deceived, and you turn aside and (W)serve other gods and worship them; 17 then (X)the anger of the Lord will be kindled against you, and he (Y)will shut up the heavens, so that there will be no rain, and the land will yield no fruit, and (Z)you will perish quickly off the good land that the Lord is giving you.
18 (AA)“You shall therefore lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and (AB)you shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 19 You shall teach them to your children, talking of them when you are sitting in your house, and when you are walking by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 20 (AC)You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, 21 (AD)that your days and the days of your children may be multiplied in the land that the Lord swore to your fathers to give them, (AE)as long as the heavens are above the earth. 22 For if (AF)you will be careful to do all this commandment that I command you to do, loving the Lord your God, walking in all his ways, and (AG)holding fast to him, 23 then the Lord (AH)will drive out all these nations before you, and you will (AI)dispossess nations greater and mightier than you. 24 (AJ)Every place on which the sole of your foot treads shall be yours. Your territory shall be (AK)from the wilderness to[d] the Lebanon, and from the River, the river Euphrates, to the western sea. 25 (AL)No one shall be able to stand against you. The Lord your God will lay (AM)the fear of you and the dread of you on all the land that you shall tread, (AN)as he promised you.
26 (AO)“See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse: 27 (AP)the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, 28 and (AQ)the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside from the way that I am commanding you today, (AR)to go after other gods that you have not known. 29 And when the Lord your God brings you into the land that you are entering to take possession of it, you shall set (AS)the blessing on Mount Gerizim and the curse on Mount Ebal. 30 Are they not beyond the Jordan, west of the road, toward the going down of the sun, in the land of the Canaanites who live in the (AT)Arabah, opposite Gilgal, beside (AU)the oak[e] of Moreh? 31 For you are (AV)to cross over the Jordan to go in to take possession of the land that the Lord your God is giving you. And when you possess it and live in it, 32 you shall be careful (AW)to do all the statutes and the rules that I am setting before you today.

Names of God Bible
11 Love Yahweh your Elohim, and do what he wants you to do. Always obey his laws, rules, and commands. 2 Remember today the discipline you learned from Yahweh your Elohim. (I’m not talking to your children. They didn’t see or experience any of this.) You saw and experienced his great power—his mighty hand and powerful arm. 3 You saw the miraculous signs and deeds he did in Egypt to Pharaoh (the king of Egypt) and to his whole country. 4 You saw what he did to the Egyptian army, its horses and chariots. He drowned them in the Red Sea when they pursued you. So Yahweh destroyed them forever. 5 You saw what he did for you in the desert until you came here. 6 You also saw what he did to Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, from the tribe of Reuben. In the middle of all the Israelites the ground opened up and swallowed them, their families, their tents, and every living creature with them. 7 You saw with your own eyes all these spectacular things that Yahweh did.
8 Obey all the commands I’m giving you today. Then you will have the strength to enter and take possession of the land once you’ve crossed the Jordan River. 9 Then you will also live for a long time in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors and their descendants—a land flowing with milk and honey.
10 The land you’re about to enter and take possession of isn’t like the land you left in Egypt. There you used to plant your seed, and you had to water it like a vegetable garden. 11 The land you’re about to enter is a land with hills and valleys, watered by rain from the sky. 12 It is a land Yahweh your Elohim cares about. Yahweh your Elohim watches over it all year long.
13 If you faithfully obey the commands that I’m giving you today, love Yahweh your Elohim, and serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, 14 I will send rain on your land at the right time, both in the fall and in the spring. Then you will gather your own grain, new wine, and olive oil. 15 I will provide grass in the fields for your animals, and you will be able to eat all you want.
16 Be careful, or you’ll be tempted to turn away and worship other gods and bow down to them. 17 Yahweh will become angry with you. He’ll shut the sky so that there’ll be no rain. Then the ground won’t grow any crops, and you’ll quickly disappear from this good land Yahweh is giving you.
18 Take these words of mine to heart and keep them in mind. Write them down, tie them around your wrist, and wear them as headbands as a reminder. 19 Teach them to your children, and talk about them when you’re at home or away, when you lie down or get up. 20 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates. 21 Then you and your children will live for a long time in this land that Yahweh swore to give to your ancestors—as long as there’s a sky above the earth.
22 Faithfully obey all these commands I’m giving you. Love Yahweh your Elohim, follow all his directions, and be loyal to him. 23 Then Yahweh will force all these people out of your way. Then you will take possession of the land belonging to people taller and stronger than you. 24 I will give you every place on which you set foot. Your borders will be from the desert to Lebanon, from the Euphrates River to the Mediterranean Sea. 25 No one will be able to stop you. As Yahweh your Elohim promised, he will make people terrified of you wherever you go in this land.
Choose the Blessing or the Curse
26 Today I’m giving you the choice of a blessing or a curse. 27 You’ll be blessed if you obey the commands of Yahweh your Elohim that I’m giving you today. 28 You’ll be cursed if you disobey the commands of Yahweh your Elohim, if you turn from the way I’m commanding you to live today, and if you worship other gods you never knew. 29 When Yahweh your Elohim brings you into the land you’re about to enter, recite the blessing from Mount Gerizim and the curse from Mount Ebal. 30 (These mountains are on the west side of the Jordan, beyond the road that goes west, in the region of the Canaanites who live on the plains facing Gilgal, next to the oak trees of Moreh.) 31 You’re about to cross the Jordan River to enter and take possession of the land Yahweh your Elohim is giving you. When you take possession of it and live there, 32 be careful to obey all the laws and rules I’m giving you today.

New International Version
Love and Obey the Lord
11 Love(A) the Lord your God and keep his requirements, his decrees, his laws and his commands always.(B) 2 Remember today that your children(C) were not the ones who saw and experienced the discipline of the Lord your God:(D) his majesty,(E) his mighty hand, his outstretched arm;(F) 3 the signs he performed and the things he did in the heart of Egypt, both to Pharaoh king of Egypt and to his whole country;(G) 4 what he did to the Egyptian army, to its horses and chariots,(H) how he overwhelmed them with the waters of the Red Sea[a](I) as they were pursuing you, and how the Lord brought lasting ruin on them. 5 It was not your children who saw what he did for you in the wilderness until you arrived at this place, 6 and what he did(J) to Dathan and Abiram, sons of Eliab the Reubenite, when the earth opened(K) its mouth right in the middle of all Israel and swallowed them up with their households, their tents and every living thing that belonged to them. 7 But it was your own eyes that saw all these great things the Lord has done.(L)
8 Observe therefore all the commands(M) I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to go in and take over the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess,(N) 9 and so that you may live long(O) in the land the Lord swore(P) to your ancestors to give to them and their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.(Q) 10 The land you are entering to take over is not like the land of Egypt,(R) from which you have come, where you planted your seed and irrigated it by foot as in a vegetable garden. 11 But the land you are crossing the Jordan to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys(S) that drinks rain from heaven.(T) 12 It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes(U) of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end.
13 So if you faithfully obey(V) the commands I am giving you today—to love(W) the Lord your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul(X)— 14 then I will send rain(Y) on your land in its season, both autumn and spring rains,(Z) so that you may gather in your grain, new wine and olive oil. 15 I will provide grass(AA) in the fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied.(AB)
16 Be careful, or you will be enticed to turn away and worship other gods and bow down to them.(AC) 17 Then the Lord’s anger(AD) will burn against you, and he will shut up(AE) the heavens so that it will not rain and the ground will yield no produce,(AF) and you will soon perish(AG) from the good land the Lord is giving you. 18 Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.(AH) 19 Teach them to your children,(AI) talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.(AJ) 20 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates,(AK) 21 so that your days and the days of your children may be many(AL) in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors, as many as the days that the heavens are above the earth.(AM)
22 If you carefully observe(AN) all these commands I am giving you to follow—to love(AO) the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him and to hold fast(AP) to him— 23 then the Lord will drive out(AQ) all these nations(AR) before you, and you will dispossess nations larger and stronger than you.(AS) 24 Every place where you set your foot will be yours:(AT) Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the Euphrates River(AU) to the Mediterranean Sea. 25 No one will be able to stand against you. The Lord your God, as he promised you, will put the terror(AV) and fear of you on the whole land, wherever you go.(AW)
26 See, I am setting before you today a blessing(AX) and a curse(AY)— 27 the blessing(AZ) if you obey the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today; 28 the curse if you disobey(BA) the commands of the Lord your God and turn from the way that I command you today by following other gods,(BB) which you have not known. 29 When the Lord your God has brought you into the land you are entering to possess, you are to proclaim on Mount Gerizim(BC) the blessings, and on Mount Ebal(BD) the curses.(BE) 30 As you know, these mountains are across the Jordan, westward, toward the setting sun, near the great trees of Moreh,(BF) in the territory of those Canaanites living in the Arabah in the vicinity of Gilgal.(BG) 31 You are about to cross the Jordan to enter and take possession(BH) of the land the Lord your God is giving(BI) you. When you have taken it over and are living there, 32 be sure that you obey all the decrees and laws I am setting before you today.
