¹⁰难道我们不是出于同一位父亲，由同一位上帝所造吗？为何我们竟彼此欺骗，背弃上帝与我们祖先所立的约呢？

Malachi 2:8-10

New International Version

⁸But you have turned from the way^(A) and by your teaching have caused many to stumble;^(B) you have violated the covenant^(C) with Levi,”^(D) says the Lord Almighty. ⁹“So I have caused you to be despised^(E) and humiliated^(F) before all the people, because you have not followed my ways but have shown partiality^(G) in matters of the law.”^(H)

¹⁰Do we not all have one Father^[a]?^(I) Did not one God create us?^(J) Why do we profane the covenant^(K) of our ancestors by being unfaithful^(L) to one another?
