²三子押沙龍，是基述王達買的女兒瑪迦生的；四子亞多尼雅，是哈及生的； ³五子示法提雅，是亞比她生的；六子以特念，是大衛的妻以格拉生的。 ⁴這六人都是大衛在希伯崙生的。大衛在希伯崙做王七年零六個月，在耶路撒冷做王三十三年。

²the third, Absalom the son of Maakah daughter of Talmai king of Geshur;

the fourth, Adonijah^(A) the son of Haggith;

³the fifth, Shephatiah the son of Abital;

and the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah.

⁴These six were born to David in Hebron,^(B) where he reigned seven years and six months.^(C)

David reigned in Jerusalem thirty-three years,
