歌罗西书 1

问候

1 奉　神旨意，作基督耶稣使徒的保罗，和我们的弟兄提摩太， 2 写信给歌罗西的圣徒，在基督里忠心的弟兄。愿恩惠、平安[a]从我们的父　神归给你们！

为信徒感谢　神

3 我们为你们祷告的时候，常常感谢我们主耶稣基督的父　神[b]， 4 因为听见你们对基督耶稣的信心，并对众圣徒有的爱心。 5 这都是因着那给你们存在天上的盼望，它就是你们从前所听见真理的道，就是福音； 6 这福音传到你们那里，也传到普天下，并且继续增长，不断结果，正如自从你们听见福音，真正知道　神恩惠的日子起，在你们中间也是这样。 7 这福音是你们从我们所亲爱、一同作仆人的以巴弗学到的。他为我们[c]作了基督的忠心仆役， 8 也把圣灵赐给你们的爱告诉我们。

基督和他的工作

9 因此，我们自从听见的日子就不住地为你们祷告和祈求，愿你们满有一切属灵的智慧和悟性，真正知道　神的旨意， 10 好使你们行事为人对得起主，凡事蒙他喜悦，在一切善事上结果子，对　神的认识更有长进。 11 愿你们从他荣耀的权能中，得以在一切事上力上加力，好使你们凡事欢欢喜喜地忍耐宽容， 12 又感谢父，使你们配与众圣徒在光明中分享基业。 13 他救了我们脱离黑暗的权势，迁移到他爱子的国度里。 14 藉着他的爱子，我们得蒙救赎，罪得赦免。

15 爱子是那看不见的　神之像，

是首生的[d]，在一切被造的以先。
16 因为万有都是在他里面[e]造的，
无论是天上的、地上的，
能看见的、不能看见的，
或是有权位的、统治的，
或是执政的、掌权的，
一概都是藉着他为着他造的。
17 他在万有之先；
万有也靠他而存在。
18 他是身体（教会）的头；
他是元始，
是从死人中复活的首生者，
好让他在万有中居首位。
19 因为　神喜欢使一切的丰盛在他里面居住，
20 藉着他[f]，　神使万有与自己和好，
无论是地上的、天上的，
都藉着他在十字架上所流的血促成了和平。

21 从前你们与　神隔绝，心思上与他为敌，行为邪恶； 22 但如今，他藉着他儿子肉身的死，已经使你们与他自己和好了[g]，把你们献在他的面前，成为圣洁，没有瑕疵，无可指责。 23 只要你们持守信仰，根基稳固，坚定不移，不致动摇，离开了你们从前所听见的福音的盼望；这福音也是传给天下一切被造之物的，我—保罗作了这福音的仆役。

保罗为教会的工作

24 现在我为你们受苦，倒很快乐；并且为基督的身体，就是为教会，我要在自己的肉身上补满基督未尽的苦难。 25 我照　神为你们所赐我的职分作了教会的仆役，要把　神的道传得完满； 26 这道就是历世历代所隐藏的奥秘，但如今向他的圣徒显明了。 27 　神要让他们知道，这奥秘在外邦人中有何等丰盛的荣耀；就是基督在你们心里[h]成了得荣耀的盼望。 28 我们传扬他，是用诸般的智慧，劝戒各人，教导各人，要把各人在基督里完完全全地献上[i]。 29 我也为此劳苦，照着他在我里面运用的大能尽心竭力。

1 我是奉上帝旨意做基督耶稣使徒的保罗， 2 和提摩太弟兄写信给歌罗西的圣徒，就是忠于基督的弟兄姊妹。

愿我们的父上帝赐给你们恩典和平安！

感恩与祷告

3-4 我们听说了你们对基督耶稣的信心和对众圣徒的爱心，为你们祷告的时候，常常感谢我们主耶稣基督的父上帝。 5 你们能有这样的信心和爱心是因为那给你们存在天上的盼望，就是你们从前从福音真道中听到的盼望。 6 这福音不但传到了你们那里，也传到了世界各地，并且开花结果，信主的人数不断增长，正如你们当初听了福音，因为明白真理而认识上帝的恩典后的情形。 7 这福音是你们从我们亲爱的同工以巴弗那里得知的。他代表我们[a]做基督的忠仆， 8 并把圣灵赐给你们的爱心告诉了我们。

9 因此，从听到你们的消息那天起，我们便不断地为你们祷告，求上帝使你们在一切属灵的智慧和悟性上完全明白祂的旨意， 10 以便你们行事为人对得起主，凡事蒙祂喜悦，在一切良善的事上结出果实，对上帝的认识不断增加。 11 愿上帝以祂荣耀的权能使你们刚强，无论遇到什么事都能长久忍耐， 12 欢喜地感谢天父，因祂使你们有资格跟众圣徒在光明中同享基业。 13 祂把我们从黑暗的权势下拯救出来，带进祂爱子的国度里。 14 我们借着祂的爱子蒙救赎，罪过得到赦免。

基督超越一切

15 基督是那不能看见之上帝的真像，超越[b]一切受造之物。 16 因为万物都是借着祂创造的，天上的、地上的、有形的、无形的、做王的、统治的、执政的、掌权的，一切都是借着祂也是为了祂而创造的。 17 祂存在于万物之前，万物都靠祂而维系。 18 祂是教会的头，教会是祂的身体；祂是源头，是首先从死里复活的，这样祂可以在一切事上居首位。 19 因为上帝乐意让一切的丰盛住在祂里面， 20 又借着祂在十字架上所流的血成就了和平，使天地万物借着祂与上帝和好。

21 你们从前与上帝隔绝，行事邪恶，心思意念与祂为敌； 22 但现在上帝借着基督肉身的死使你们与祂和好了，让你们在祂面前成为圣洁无瑕、无可指责的人。 23 只是你们必须恒心持守所信的道，根基稳固，坚定不移，不要失去你们听到福音后所得到的盼望。这福音传给了天下万民。我保罗也做了这福音的使者。

保罗为教会受苦

24 现在我因能够为你们受苦而欢喜，并且我是为基督的身体——教会的缘故，在自己身上补满基督未受的苦难。 25 我受上帝的委派成为教会的仆人，要把上帝的道完整地传给你们。 26 这道是历世历代一直隐藏的奥秘，现在已经向祂的众圣徒显明了。 27 上帝要他们知道这奥秘在外族人中有何等丰富的荣耀，这奥秘就是基督在你们里面，使你们有荣耀的盼望。 28 我们传扬基督，用各样的智慧劝诫、教导众人，使他们在基督里长大成熟，好把他们带到上帝面前。 29 为此，我按着祂在我身上运行的大能尽心竭力，不辞劳苦。

1 我，奉上帝的旨意成为基督耶稣使徒 [a]的保罗，和我们的兄弟提摩太， 2 写信给在歌罗西的上帝的圣民，他们是在基督里我们忠诚的兄弟。愿来自上帝我们的父的恩典与和平属于你们。

3 当我们为你们祈祷时，总是感谢上帝，即我们的主耶稣基督之父， 4 因为我们听说了你们对基督耶稣的信仰，听说了你们对所有上帝圣民的爱。 你们之所以如此，是因为在天堂里为你们存有希望。你们初次听到这希望，是通过真正的信息，就是已经传播给你们的福音。福音在全世界获得了收获并日益得以流传，就如自从你们听到上帝的恩典，并且真正地理解了它的本来面目那天起，在你们中间获得了收获一样。 7 你们从我们亲爱的同事以巴弗那里听到了上帝的恩典，他代表我们，是基督的忠实仆人。 8 他还告诉了我们你们因受圣灵的激励而产生爱心的消息。

9 因此，自从我们听到你们的消息那天起，我们就不停地为你们祈祷，请求上帝：

愿你们充分了解上帝的意旨；
充满各种智慧，充满属灵的理解；
10 使你们的生活方式配得上主，
在各方面令主喜悦，
在一切善行中结出硕果；
愿你们对上帝的了解日渐加深，
11 愿他用大能加强你们，
使你们有巨大的毅力和耐心，

12 并且充满欢乐，向父感恩吧，他让你们有资格去分享那属于生活在光明之中的上帝子民的遗产。 13 他把我们从黑暗势力中解救出来，带到他爱子的王国里。 14 通过他的爱子，我们得到自由，罪过得到饶恕。

上帝之子与上帝一样

15 基督是那看不见的上帝的形象，是一切被造之物的统治者， 16 因为天上的和世间的一切都是由他的力量所造。不论是看得见的，还是看不见的，无论是王位，还是掌权者，不论是统治者，还是权威人士，一切都通过他，为他创造。 17 他存在于一切事物之前，一切事物又凭借他的力量而继续。 18 他是身体（即教会）的头。他是起源，他首先从死里复活，因此他居万物之上。 19 因为完整的上帝选择了生活在基督之中， 20 并通过基督，使一切，不论是天上的还是地上的都与自己再和好。上帝通过基督洒在十字架上的血缔造了和平。

21 由于你们的思想和邪恶行为，你们曾与上帝分离，并成为上帝的敌人。 22 但是，现在通过基督的肉体和他的死，上帝使你们与自己和解，使你们在他面前变得圣洁、无瑕和无可指责。 23 基督会成全此事，只要你们继续保持、坚定你们的信仰，不放弃你们所听到的福音带给你们的希望。这福音已传给普天下每一个人了。我，保罗，就是福音的一名仆人。

保罗为教会工作

24 我很高兴为你们而遭患难。在我的身体里正在完成基督为他的身体（即教会）尚未完成的苦难。 25 上帝为了你们的利益委派我为教会的仆人，要我完整地传播上帝的信息， 26 这信息是隐藏了许多世代的奥秘，但是，现在上帝让他的子民得知了它。 27 上帝决定让他的子民了解到这丰富和荣耀的奥秘对外族人来说意味着什么。它就是基督，他在你们之中，他是我们分享上帝荣耀的希望。 28 我们宣传他，用种种的智慧教导每个人，以便我们能够把每一个人在基督里做为成熟的人呈献在上帝面前。 29 为了这个目的，我用基督赐给我的伟大力量辛勤地工作、奋斗。这力量在我生命里工作着。

2 To the [c](E)saints and faithful brothers in Christ in Colossae: (F)Grace to you and peace from God our Father.

3 (G)We give thanks to God, (H)the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, 4 (I)since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the (J)love which you have [d]for (K)all the [e]saints, 5 because of the (L)hope (M)laid up for you in [f]heaven, of which you previously (N)heard in the word of truth, [g]the gospel 6 which has come to you, just as [h](O)in all the world also it is constantly bearing (P)fruit and [i]multiplying, just as it has been doing in you also since the day you (Q)heard and [j]understood the grace of God in truth; 7 just as you learned it from (R)Epaphras, our (S)beloved fellow slave, who is a faithful servant of Christ on our behalf, 8 who also informed us of your (T)love in the Spirit.

The Firstborn of All Creation

17 And He [v](AQ)is before all things,
And in Him all things [w]hold together.
18 And He is the (AR)head of (AS)the body, the church;
Who is (AT)the beginning, (AU)the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything.
19 For in Him [x]all (AV)the fullness of God (AW)was pleased to dwell,
20 And through Him to (AX)reconcile all things to Himself, having made (AY)peace through (AZ)the blood of His cross—through Him—(BA)whether things on earth or things in [y]heaven.
