⁸到那日，耶和華必保護耶路撒冷的居民；他們中間最軟弱的，到那日必好像大衛，大衛家必好像　神，好像行在他們前面的耶和華使者。 ⁹到那日，我必殲滅所有前來攻打耶路撒冷的列國。

大哀哭

¹⁰“我必把那恩慈與懇求的靈傾注在大衛家和耶路撒冷居民的身上。他們必仰望我，就是他們所刺的；他們要為他哀哭，好像喪獨生子；他們必為他悲痛，好像喪長子。

Zechariah 12:8-10

New International Version

⁸On that day the Lord will shield^(A) those who live in Jerusalem, so that the feeblest^(B) among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God,^(C) like the angel of the Lord going before^(D) them. ⁹On that day I will set out to destroy all the nations^(E) that attack Jerusalem.^(F)

Mourning for the One They Pierced

¹⁰“And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit^[a]^(G) of grace and supplication.^(H) They will look on^[b] me, the one they have pierced,^(I) and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child,^(J) and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son.^(K)
