22 在耶和华拯救大卫脱离所有仇敌和扫罗的手的日子，他向耶和华唱出这首歌的歌词。 2 他说：
“耶和华是我的岩石、我的山寨、我的救主、
3 我的 神、我的盘石、我所投靠的、
我的盾牌、我救恩的角、我的高台、我的避难所、
我的救主；你是救我脱离强暴的。
4 我向那当受赞美的耶和华呼求，
就得到拯救，脱离我的仇敌。
5 死亡的波浪环绕我，
毁灭的急流淹没了我。
6 阴间的绳索围绕着我；
死亡的网罗迎面而来。
7 急难临到我的时候，我求告耶和华，
我向我的 神呼求；
他从殿中听了我的声音，
我的呼求进了他的耳中。
8 那时大地摇撼震动，
天的根基也都摇动；
它们摇撼，是因为耶和华发怒。
9 浓烟从他的鼻孔往上冒，

我也谨守自己，脱离我的罪孽；
25 所以耶和华按着我的公义，
照着我在他眼前的清洁回报我。
26 对慈爱的人，你显出你的慈爱；
对完全的人，你显出你的完全。
27 对清洁的人，你显出你的清洁；
对狡诈的人，你显出你的机巧。
28 谦卑的人，你要拯救；
你的眼睛察看高傲的人，要使他们降卑。
29 耶和华啊！你是我的灯；
耶和华照明了我的黑暗。
30 借着你，我攻破敌军；
靠着我的 神，我跳过墙垣。
31 这位 神，他的道路是完全的；
耶和华的话是炼净的；

22 [a] David cantó al SEÑOR esta canción cuando el SEÑOR lo libró de Saúl y todos sus enemigos.
2 «El SEÑOR es mi roca, mi fortaleza y mi libertador.
3 Dios es mi refugio, él me protege;
es mi escudo, me salva con su poder.
Él es mi escondite más alto,
mi protector y Salvador.
¡Tú me salvas de la violencia!
4 ¡El SEÑOR es digno de alabanza!
Le pedí ayuda, y me rescató de mis enemigos.
5 »Me encerraron olas gigantes
y sentí miedo ante la temible corriente.
6 El lugar de los muertos[b] me enredó en sus cuerdas,
tendía ante mí trampas mortales.
7 En mi angustia clamé al SEÑOR,
y pedí ayuda a mi Dios.
Desde su templo, él escuchó mis lamentos,
y oyó mis gritos pidiendo auxilio.
8 »Entonces la tierra tembló y se tambaleó,
las bases de los cielos se estremecieron;
la tierra tembló y retumbó
porque Dios estaba furioso.
9 Salía humo de su nariz[c]
y llamas de su boca;
lanzaba carbones encendidos.
10 »Dios abrió el cielo
y bajó sobre una nube negra.
11 Bajó cabalgando sobre los querubines del cielo;
se deslizaba con el viento.
12 Estaba oculto en nubes, espesas y oscuras,
que lo cubrían totalmente.
13 Entonces la gloria resplandeciente de Dios brilló en las nubes
arrojando granizo y emitiendo fuertes rayos.
14 »La voz del SEÑOR retumbó en el cielo,
el Altísimo se hizo oír y hubo rayos y granizo.
15 Dios lanzó sus flechas[d] y dispersó al enemigo.
Lanzó muchos rayos y todos salieron espantados.
16 SEÑOR, tú alzaste la voz para hacerte escuchar
y sopló un viento fuerte[e]
que dejó el fondo del mar a la vista.
Las bases de la tierra quedaron al descubierto.
17 »Luego extendió la mano y me rescató.
Me sacó de las aguas turbulentas.
18 Me salvó de mis poderosos enemigos,
de los que me odiaban,
pues eran más fuertes que yo.
19 Cuando yo estaba en dificultades
y mis enemigos me atacaban,
el SEÑOR me dio su apoyo y protección.
20 Él me rescató porque me ama;
me llevó a un lugar seguro.
21 »El SEÑOR me recompensó como merecía porque actué con justicia.
Él me recompensó porque no he obrado con maldad.
22 Me he preocupado por vivir como el SEÑOR quiere que lo haga.
Por eso no he hecho nada que pueda separarme de Dios.
23 Siempre tengo en cuenta sus enseñanzas
y nunca me aparto de sus leyes.
24 He sido siempre honesto con él
y me he mantenido apartado del mal.
25 Por eso, el SEÑOR me recompensará en la medida que yo actúe con justicia.
Lo hará en tanto yo no haga el mal.
26 »Dios es fiel con los que le son fieles;
sincero con los que le son sinceros.
27 Eres bueno y puro con la gente que es buena y pura;
pero le sales adelante a la gente tramposa.
28 Tú salvas a la gente humilde
y humillas a los más soberbios.
29 SEÑOR, tú iluminas mi sendero;
eres mi luz en la oscuridad, SEÑOR.
30 Dios mío, con tu ayuda podré correr con los soldados.
Con tu ayuda asaltaré las murallas de mis enemigos.
31 »El camino de Dios es perfecto;
las promesas del SEÑOR han sido probadas.
Él protege a quienes buscan su ayuda y protección.
32 El SEÑOR es el único Dios.
Nuestro Dios es la única roca.
33 Él es quien me fortalece
y perfecciona mi camino.
34 Él me ayuda a correr tan rápido como una gacela
y me mantiene firme aun en los lugares más altos.
35 Él me prepara para la guerra.
Les da fuerza a mis brazos para que puedan lanzar dardos poderosos.
36 Dios mío, me has dado el escudo de tu salvación,
y me has ayudado a prosperar.
37 Tú me ayudas a correr más rápido
y les das fuerzas a mis piernas.
38 »Así puedo perseguir y destruir a mis enemigos;
no descansaré hasta derrotarlos.
39 Acabaré con ellos.
Los derrotaré de modo que ellos nunca puedan levantarse de nuevo;
todos ellos estarán bajo mis pies.
40 Dios mío, tú me das fuerzas en la batalla;
haces que aquellos que me persiguen tengan que rendirse ante mí.
41 Tú me ayudas a derrotar a mis enemigos
y a derribar a los que me odian.
42 Ellos buscaron ayuda, pero nadie fue en su auxilio.
También llamaron al SEÑOR, pero él no les respondió.

me pusiste a cargo de naciones.
Gente que yo no conocí antes,

22 Habló David a Jehová las palabras de este cántico, el día que Jehová le había librado de la mano de todos sus enemigos, y de la mano de Saúl. 2 Dijo:
Jehová es mi roca y mi fortaleza, y mi libertador;
3 Dios mío, fortaleza mía, en él confiaré;
Mi escudo, y el fuerte de mi salvación, mi alto refugio;
Salvador mío; de violencia me libraste.
4 Invocaré a Jehová, quien es digno de ser alabado,
Y seré salvo de mis enemigos.
5 Me rodearon ondas de muerte,
Y torrentes de perversidad me atemorizaron.
6 Ligaduras del Seol me rodearon;
Tendieron sobre mí lazos de muerte.
7 En mi angustia invoqué a Jehová,
Y clamé a mi Dios;
Él oyó mi voz desde su templo,
Y mi clamor llegó a sus oídos.
8 La tierra fue conmovida, y tembló,
Y se conmovieron los cimientos de los cielos;
Se estremecieron, porque se indignó él.
9 Humo subió de su nariz,
Y de su boca fuego consumidor;

13 Por el resplandor de su presencia se encendieron carbones ardientes.
14 Y tronó desde los cielos Jehová,
Y el Altísimo dio su voz;
15 Envió sus saetas, y los dispersó;
Y lanzó relámpagos, y los destruyó.
16 Entonces aparecieron los torrentes de las aguas,
Y quedaron al descubierto los cimientos del mundo;
A la reprensión de Jehová,
Por el soplo del aliento de su nariz.
17 Envió desde lo alto y me tomó;
Me sacó de las muchas aguas.
18 Me libró de poderoso enemigo,
Y de los que me aborrecían, aunque eran más fuertes que yo.
19 Me asaltaron en el día de mi quebranto;
Mas Jehová fue mi apoyo,
20 Y me sacó a lugar espacioso;
Me libró, porque se agradó de mí.
21 Jehová me ha premiado conforme a mi justicia;
Conforme a la limpieza de mis manos me ha recompensado.
22 Porque yo he guardado los caminos de Jehová,
Y no me aparté impíamente de mi Dios.
23 Pues todos sus decretos estuvieron delante de mí,
Y no me he apartado de sus estatutos.
24 Fui recto para con él,
Y me he guardado de mi maldad;
25 Por lo cual me ha recompensado Jehová conforme a mi justicia;
Conforme a la limpieza de mis manos delante de su vista.
26 Con el misericordioso te mostrarás misericordioso,
Y recto para con el hombre íntegro.
27 Limpio te mostrarás para con el limpio,
Y rígido serás para con el perverso.
28 Porque tú salvas al pueblo afligido,
Mas tus ojos están sobre los altivos para abatirlos.
29 Tú eres mi lámpara, oh Jehová;
Mi Dios alumbrará mis tinieblas.
30 Contigo desbarataré ejércitos,
Y con mi Dios asaltaré muros.
31 En cuanto a Dios, perfecto es su camino,
Y acrisolada la palabra de Jehová.
Escudo es a todos los que en él esperan.
32 Porque ¿quién es Dios, sino solo Jehová?
¿Y qué roca hay fuera de nuestro Dios?
33 Dios es el que me ciñe de fuerza,
Y quien despeja mi camino;
34 Quien hace mis pies como de ciervas,(A)
Y me hace estar firme sobre mis alturas;
35 Quien adiestra mis manos para la batalla,
De manera que se doble el arco de bronce con mis brazos.

46 Los extraños se debilitarán,
Y saldrán temblando de sus encierros.
47 Viva Jehová, y bendita sea mi roca,
Y engrandecido sea el Dios de mi salvación.
48 El Dios que venga mis agravios,

49 El que me libra de enemigos,

David’s Song of Praise(A)
22 David sang(B) to the Lord the words of this song when the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. 2 He said:
“The Lord is my rock,(C) my fortress(D) and my deliverer;(E)
3 my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,(F)
my shield[a](G) and the horn[b](H) of my salvation.
He is my stronghold,(I) my refuge and my savior—
from violent people you save me.
4 “I called to the Lord, who is worthy(J) of praise,
and have been saved from my enemies.
5 The waves(K) of death swirled about me;
the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me.
6 The cords of the grave(L) coiled around me;
the snares of death confronted me.
7 “In my distress(M) I called(N) to the Lord;
I called out to my God.
From his temple he heard my voice;
my cry came to his ears.
8 The earth(O) trembled and quaked,(P)
the foundations(Q) of the heavens[c] shook;
they trembled because he was angry.
9 Smoke rose from his nostrils;
consuming fire(R) came from his mouth,
burning coals(S) blazed out of it.
10 He parted the heavens and came down;
dark clouds(T) were under his feet.
11 He mounted the cherubim(U) and flew;
he soared[d] on the wings of the wind.(V)
12 He made darkness(W) his canopy around him—
the dark[e] rain clouds of the sky.
13 Out of the brightness of his presence
bolts of lightning(X) blazed forth.
14 The Lord thundered(Y) from heaven;
the voice of the Most High resounded.
15 He shot his arrows(Z) and scattered the enemy,
with great bolts of lightning he routed them.
16 The valleys of the sea were exposed
and the foundations of the earth laid bare
at the rebuke(AA) of the Lord,
at the blast(AB) of breath from his nostrils.
17 “He reached down from on high(AC) and took hold of me;
he drew(AD) me out of deep waters.
18 He rescued(AE) me from my powerful enemy,
from my foes, who were too strong for me.
19 They confronted me in the day of my disaster,
but the Lord was my support.(AF)
20 He brought me out into a spacious(AG) place;
he rescued(AH) me because he delighted(AI) in me.(AJ)
21 “The Lord has dealt with me according to my righteousness;(AK)
according to the cleanness(AL) of my hands(AM) he has rewarded me.
22 For I have kept(AN) the ways of the Lord;
I am not guilty of turning from my God.
23 All his laws are before me;(AO)
I have not turned(AP) away from his decrees.
24 I have been blameless(AQ) before him
and have kept myself from sin.
25 The Lord has rewarded me according to my righteousness,(AR)
according to my cleanness[f] in his sight.
26 “To the faithful you show yourself faithful,
to the blameless you show yourself blameless,
27 to the pure(AS) you show yourself pure,
but to the devious you show yourself shrewd.(AT)
28 You save the humble,(AU)
but your eyes are on the haughty(AV) to bring them low.(AW)
29 You, Lord, are my lamp;(AX)
the Lord turns my darkness into light.
30 With your help I can advance against a troop[g];
with my God I can scale a wall.
31 “As for God, his way is perfect:(AY)
The Lord’s word is flawless;(AZ)
he shields(BA) all who take refuge in him.
32 For who is God besides the Lord?
And who is the Rock(BB) except our God?(BC)
33 It is God who arms me with strength[h]
and keeps my way secure.
34 He makes my feet like the feet of a deer;(BD)
he causes me to stand on the heights.(BE)
35 He trains my hands(BF) for battle;
my arms can bend a bow(BG) of bronze.
36 You make your saving help my shield;(BH)
your help has made[i] me great.
37 You provide a broad path(BI) for my feet,
so that my ankles do not give way.
38 “I pursued my enemies and crushed them;
I did not turn back till they were destroyed.
39 I crushed(BJ) them completely, and they could not rise;
they fell beneath my feet.
40 You armed me with strength for battle;

41 You made my enemies turn their backs(BL) in flight,
and I destroyed my foes.
42 They cried for help,(BM) but there was no one to save them—(BN)
to the Lord, but he did not answer.(BO)
43 I beat them as fine as the dust(BP) of the earth;
I pounded and trampled(BQ) them like mud(BR) in the streets.
44 “You have delivered(BS) me from the attacks of the peoples;
you have preserved(BT) me as the head of nations.
People(BU) I did not know now serve me,
45 foreigners cower(BV) before me;
as soon as they hear of me, they obey me.(BW)
46 They all lose heart;
they come trembling[j](BX) from their strongholds.
47 “The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock!
Exalted(BY) be my God, the Rock, my Savior!(BZ)
48 He is the God who avenges(CA) me,(CB)
who puts the nations under me,
49 who sets me free from my enemies.(CC)
You exalted me(CD) above my foes;
from a violent man you rescued me.
50 Therefore I will praise you, Lord, among the nations;
