17 那些善于治理教会的长老，尤其是那些在讲道和教导上劳苦的长老，你们应当看他们是配受加倍的敬重和供奉的。

17 那些善于管理教会的长老，尤其是那些辛勤传道和教导人的，理当得到加倍的尊敬和报酬。

16 If any woman who is a believer has widows in her care, she should continue to help them and not let the church be burdened with them, so that the church can help those widows who are really in need.(B)
17 The elders(C) who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor,(D) especially those whose work is preaching and teaching.
